On a serious note, I think it is too early to judge ASR as we did for Shyam. The guy is too confused and doesn't know what he wants from life - marriage or live in. By the time he realises what he wants, I think it would be too late - Shyam's truth will be out...

hey...you've raised some valid points in this post...

what in the world does this man want ?? i think lavanya though i hate to use the term...is just a tool in him trying to rebel against his family... im sure hes heard enough from goat lady and his sister on how he must get married...and im guessing manorama must have added fuel regarding how her akash babua cant get married if he doesnt...

whatever happened in his past has surely put him off marriage...he wants to project the idea that he will never be the marrying kind and BECAUSE he has someonee like la in his life...he doesnt even want anyone to get any funny ideas...so i agree with vrush saying its a defense mechanism...

from the time la has entered...shes the one who hugs him, shes the one that coochiecoos etc...the man doesnt reciprocate...but neither will he push her away completely...its like hes hanging on to show his family ki dare u say anything abt me or my life...i dont think his idea of the live in was a physical relationship...tho i wont deny that im sure la and arnav would have somewhere in the past engaged in some form of it...allowing la to take certain liberties with him..

i think khushi has shown lavanya and arnav a brand new way of looking at marriage...lavanya is thrilled that its not all hogwash...and it actually takes whatever she thinks she has to the next lvel...she genuinely believes that this will assure her a place in the heart and home of arnav...

arnav has just beccome more confused with her explanation of a marriage...adding to the other confusions shes putting him in..the woman is befuddling his entire sense of existence and slowly winning over each person he had on his side previously...plus she has made la chamkili part 2 !!

i dont think asr and shyam are alike...shyam is just evil...shyam's thought of infidelity is inexcusable...and hes supremely manipulating situations and innocent people to get what he lusts after... arnav wouldnt bother with la if it wasnt his family...arnav is arrogant and abrasive...shyam is evil and pathetic... shyam makes anjali believe that his entire life revolves around her...while secretly lusting after khushi... arnav couldnt care less to make anyone believe that a person other than his di should deserve attention...
