Both your comments absolutely true, priyu! had Star Plus given a different name, the acceptance of Barun would be better. His act would then get a due appreciation.
They paid no heed to any of the unconditional viewers who were actually interested in opening of layers of characters. They paid no attention to plotline, no attention whatsoever to sets, dressings, make up nothing... the editing was poor quality... the marketing promos were not handled correctly.
They ran after TRP and to do that they mellowed and then butchered Advay's character... as you mentioned very correctly, Chandni did the stuff which actually should have been done with cut throat shrewdness by Advay... all that darkness which had come in with crows flying and prashad blackening should have reverted back through Advay's eyes in revenging Indrani and gang completely.
Poor Barun has suffered at the hands of SP& PH and they are rejoicing with awards today... nobody speaks about Harneet giving horrible plots or SS doing mess of clothing😲... people, media 😡only raise finger at Barun.
