Yes...all genuine Barun Fans, lets just leave this place altogether and shift to Twitter... I had already done before 2 months...so just leave this and join Twitter...

@everyone :- Thanks for putting across your views in a decent manner and not mocking anyone. We are discussing why a time slot is not working for SP and there is huge difference between mocking a show and discussing why a time slot is not working for the channel. I do hope Mods take note of what the discussion is about and comprehend what we are saying.

@Pree, @T, @Deeps :- Yes I too don't understand why we are given an explanation as to why RKC is not getting numbers from the Mod herself? That is her personal opinion and I think that should be written of as personal opinion and not as a fact. And the main thing I totally don't get it is why none of these mod notes appeared in IPK3 BARC thread when IPK3 was mocked so much but now we get 'Comparisons not allowed" in Mods notes. The fact is 8PM time slot is not working for SP and it really doesnt matter if it was IPK3 or RKC or any other show. Once audience tunes out a particular time slot they are not going to tune in again. That is what is happening here.

@Sana:- Many of our friends have moved out of IF re. I myself am down to making 4 - 5 posts in a week when I used to make around 10 times that amount in a day. I do think it is time for all of Barun fans to move out of IF. Let IF sit and keep on giving articles for honeymoon of their client and let people jump on it and give comments. I am so done with IF and I have come so close to quitting it but I want to know the answers before I quit. Either way I myself don't forsee staying here for long.

@Chitra:- I totally get what you are saying but we are not discussing RKC - Rather we are discussing the time slot of 8PM. I don't understand why that should be a problem or cause indigestion for some viewers. So what is allowed on IF - Drooling posts, character assassination posts, posts about supposed relationships on actors ? Sane discussions as to why a channel is not number 1 but has slipped to 4th rank should be closed off? Last time I checked IF was a discussion place wasn't it ? So why run away from sane discussions unless you don't have a point to counter argue?

OK I was thinking about this decampment programme at work this afternoon and I think Facebook lends itself better as an altenative to IF, allows for longer discussions and analysis, allows for uploading videos, pictures, articles (basically everything integrates with FB) , which we could split per Barun show/film AND it would allow us to control who can post/comment - we would have control to unfriend any unwelcome guests.

To set this up in FB will need some effort, but I am happy to start looking into how to do this if I think Barun pankis are open to the idea of FB as an alternative. Going forward we would obviously need to take collective responsibility for the content and our behaviour etc.

The more I think about it the more I think it could work really well and hopefully we could have it up and running before Barun's next show - giving us the playground of positivity we were so deprived of for IPK3.

So please let me know either in this post or DM.

I am in for this alternative. Yes FB is a great alternative and also other communities like Forwomans.com is really good. I loved many articles that came out from this site. Count me in. Someone has to start a group for Barun fans only so that we all can move over to FB and we will have our own place to enjoy when the next show of Barun starts.
