In case he didn't make a will his property will go to his next of kin. If he didn't have a wife or child then that maybe his sister. But if he specifically made a will then it will go whoever he willed it to. Which could be his sisters, Khanna or whoever in whatever way he divided it. Unless he bequeathed it to his non-existent wife. Why should he do that? There is not even a wife on the horizon. It's not like there is Any girl he is in love with or anything like that. On top it when he knows he has very little time why will he ainvayi get married? It doesn't make any sense.

Yeah in previous episodes..he transferred his property on Rad...Thats the reason the creepy guy wanted to steal the papers...but i remember one scene where Dhinku tried to talk about those papers again with this creepy guy. praising him. and all...but Jr.K interrupted him for some reason i think Rhinku arrived at that time i dont remember...but i mentioned about him wanted to talk something about these papers with this guy in my previous reviews...idk what he exactly wanted to talk though..

Based on Creepy guy dialogues that "Shivaansh is smart in his moves...".I think Dhinku changed the will paper recently and Put the whole property on some "Trust" . from which Rad gets one lakh/month as pocket money until she turns 50..i think for the safety of Rad,he again changed it from Rad's name to some "Trust"..from which Rad gets benefit every month lol..

But this will paper part only has information regarding who have rights to make the changes in the papers...thats it...i am assuming they had shown only a part of will paper to us.. or As creepy guy doesnt know about Dhinku's heart condition...so he might be thinking he will marry someone and when he dies..it goes to his wife obviously If he doesnt make any further changes in the paper...lol

Who knows Dhinku might be thinking to continue to put the property on the same "Trust" from which Rad gets benefit every month as usual even after his death.and may be he will make/add these changes in the will paper again before his death..

But creepy guy obviously thinks he will marry someone in future lol...so he thinks in that possibility only

And my head is ghooming thinking all this 😆...And we cant expect any logic from this lame show...so we can assume whatever we want which makes some sense 😆

And again when i think of it...i agree with you ...That creepy looks dumb lol...why cant he kill Dhinku before he marrying anyone??😆..Anyway based on recent segments..so he come to know Dhinku's condition...but still he plans for ShAt's marriage?I think all the villians are dumb in IB land...or he thinks Minku will tranfer the property on his name after Dhinku's death??

I am expecting logic here from this lame show😆

Mannat's character should have been simple and not a fan girl kind of makes her lame
I was expecting too much i guess its how she talks that its hard to get pulled in by her acting. Its more English and less Hindi or so it feels. I keep finding her acting match her KSY they needed someone more better very disappointed.

Why do i feel that Shivansh isn't dying and its Varun and that mystery person that paid the doctor to lie to him so he wpuld make that will and are giving hime wrong medicine to keep him thinking he's dying

But as per episode updates, there is a will. I am sure Shivaansh might not have written that will bcoz he knows he is dying . Why would any person dying would write a will like that ?
If not he, then I am not sure who wrote the will...may be his parents...

Lol that will paper only has the information regarding who have rights to make the changes in will paper...Obviously he has been suspecting someone would steal the papers based on the recent incidents...so obviously he is the one who written or produced that Will paper...

Why varun has to kidnap Munni and force Mannat to marry shivaansh? Instead he can ask Aditi to marry Shivaansh. Aditi very well knows about his evil plans and she is helping him
