Dashing entry it was...head tilted,body stiff like a tightly coiled spring,on a horse like the Prince Charming...

BUT

wearing a shaadi ka tent 🤢 (Shivaani...😡)

AND...read below...

My friend had voiced her concern in my previous thread that this leap may turn out to be cut-copy-paste and it seems her concern is turning out to be the harsh reality.Lady blocker has only this much of creativity and so we now have the Shivaay special ninja hair flick back along with the slowly growing beard and mannerisms of SSO-ORIGINAL.And also the bagaad billa type taadibaazi copy pasted from the father to the son.😔 😔

Of course, cat mumma will say - "Baap ka beta,sipahi ka ghoda,kuch nahi toh thoda thoda" and Shivaansh Singh Oberoi also has his mummy's qualities like saying "Phail gaya raita" at the drop of the hat and countering the taadibaazi of ACP AVD by threatening " Main itna raita phaila dunga ki poori zindagi raite sambhalte rahe jaogi".

But as viewers we will feel like "been there done that" and move on to the next 799 channels as once famously advised by the producer.🥱🥱

Logic was never a strong point of Ishqbaaaz and it seems that the progeny "DhinchaakIshqbaaz" is also weak in logic. ACP ADV calls a press conference to expose SSO 2.0 without any proof! SSO 2.0 was in a studio when there were only 10 minutes left for him to make an appearance before the said ACP. He arrives by a horse and still is just on time !!!

The fight scenes of the ACP with some random guys was laughable to say the least! Kam Se kam VFX toh sahi karo!!! Why will some gunda mawali type guys take punga with an officer in a place teeming with police and press outside the police station?????😲 Why will all watch and remain mute and only ACP AVD will show her ninja skills????Kisko impress karna hain bhai????

And was there any need to shove those takkar baazi dialogues in our throats and calling ACP ADV "khirkitod"?????

Dadi comparing Aditi with Annika and saying "Jaise Annika Shivaay ke takkar ki thi waise yeh Aditi Shivaansh ke takkar ki hain" made me😡

Doesn't the team of leap have no new aces/dialogues/moments/scenes/storyline up their sleeves????

Tsk Tsk! Gulneet have also not done their research well.An ACP has a salary as quoted from Google uncle --"Deputy Inspector General of Police also designated under the state government as Additional Commissioner of Police, his salary is 37,400-67,000 INR along with grade pay of 8,900 INR." An ACP is an IPS--one has to pass one of the most tough examinations and become an IAS/IFS?/IPS/IRS officer and insulting such an officer by calling him/her as "dus hazaar rupaiya kamaane wali" is the height of idiocy.

In the whole episode that part best liked was the entry of Shivaansh with full on swag (though illogical),his challenging Aditi and the Police commissioner's announcement. Supriya ji in her 5 minutes appearance heightened the difference between the non acting of the ACP and what acting should actually be.

I am expecting hand twist in the Oberoi pool next😉

No copy paste pls...is the only thing I wanted from this leap...Gul and Co can do 100 more number of leaps...but not copy-paste of Shivika on another couple in the same show atleast...😭 I know ppl might say, lot of other couples have been copy pasted on Shivika too ... so why be such a DQ...well, I am not sure how much of what we saw of Shivika is a copy paste of other couples, but still in the same show, with same ML, copying the same things...urgh...😡

hmm...I knew this would happen but still wanted never to happen hoping against the hope...bcoz thats the only formula that ever worked in IB -- takkar ki Ishqbaaazi of Shivika... they tried different in redux and it didn't work out...so they will go back to what fans loved... takkar of Shivika...

Reading today's update in this forum was enough to know that this episode sucked. I think I'm going to stick to watching the episodes at weekends.

But I have questions of yesterday's episode.

1) why was her purse in the fridge.
2) being a every day working female. How come she doesn't have money for food

An IPS officer not having enough money for buying food and having to wait for next pay check to buy paneer is an example of the stupidity Gulneet are projecting these days. Opening scene of the female lead could have been written in so many different ways but they went for the ghisa pita dukh bhari kahaani.

I was waiting for your post Sangy! After reading your previous posts on this Fresh' story I decided to risk my sanity today and watched the episode.

So I liked the BGM when they met but that was expected because this isa Gul show and story ho ya an hour but her shows always have good BGM. This turned out to be the only high point in the episode.

First, Dadi's takkar' dialogue pissed me off! What was the necessity? Didn't they say that ShivIka was not working & hence the leap? So why bring them in every episode? That comparison did nothing but make me angry! One of the reasons I love ShivIka so much was that they were natural & nothing had to be spoon fed/force fed to the viewers reagarding them! Since the first episode we saw the takkar & no one had to force that down the viewer's throat like today!

But I calmed myself and started watching the rest of it with very neutral emotions. I saw Shivaansh intimidating ACP and thought Oh look, I can see the fresh story! It didn't take long for it to reach here!' I was certain that this would take another couple weeks but they managed to exceed my expectations here atleast. (But those shades of Shivaay did send a pang through my heart! 😒)

And then ACP started doing those stunts to prove that she is a kickass cop and I zoned out and closed the window. Were those stunts necessary? Is any police officer ever seen doing those kinds of fights in real life? All it did was turn me off and I am sure most of the viewers!

I heard about the khidkitod' thing on twitter and *facepalm* This is like sprinkling salt on wounds that are not healed yet! Atleast stop with the comparisons why don't you dear writer and producer?

This turned out to be a rant...I am sorry Sangy! I am not going to be wasting anymore time from tomorrow on this though...Let's restart watching Ishqbaaaz from episode 1 in a couple of weeks!

The writer doesn't have much to offer or is not sure of her creativity in giving us something new.

Side note: wonder if they are waiting for Sc to come back to get her back in the show.

Vyshu I am thinking of starting a Shivika best scene thread. I loved your post on Shivika and I went back and rewatched the 'Billu ka pant phat gaya' scene for 119th time!

And yes! This copy pasting Shivika mannerisms and scenes on Dhinchaak duo is really mood off inducing 😡
