Vyon,

Its not about what she can offer or what she can write...its about how the whole thing has played out...ITV mostly copy paste of similar tracks, similar characters and etc...

But the way the leap has been brought on and the way Shivika has been handled had left fans reeling...and with their tall claims that Shivika didn't bring in numbers and that for freshness they need to take leap for the story to continue...

The only change they seemed to have done it the professions of the leads and yet show the same story ! I dont know if they will get TRPs or not as I have never understood TRPs ... but atleast the fans online are going to be pissed off...

Ask Gulneet why every police officer have to wear uniforms but our 'poor' ACP can sport Raybans and jeans and an old shirt. And can keep her tresses flowing.
I thought that it was a rule that female police officers in uniform should have their hair pulled back up off the shoulders and pinned down. While in uniform, hair that is down or in a ponytail looks unprofessional and presents officer-safety concerns!

if they had to show the dukh bhari naari, why is the FL shown as IPS officer in first place ? They could have gone with any other profression ? Or even struggling women who is trying to make ends meet ! That atleast would have made sense !

I know logic is never part of IB from day 1 and knowing that fans would be extra critical bcoz of the way leap was handled, still they go with the same thing again and again and still except ppl to watch the show without any bias ?

You know that government provides accommodation to the police and even a low ranking official is provided with a 1 RK apartment. I have visited an ACP's residence. Very similar to that of Ajay Devgans ACP residence of Gangajal (though not that lavish).
We get is that AVD has problems in the emotional area, but do not unnecessarily show her struggling with financial problems which is OTT. Because people with financial problems don't dangle shades and wear fancy clothes.
I also don't get it that all other officials such as those gofy Nana and Gaitonde and even the Commissioner wear uniforms but not ACP AVD. Why???

Well, about FL sporting raybans and fancy clothes is bcoz she is FL ...no logic here...its there in all the ITV shows...whether or not the FL is financially struggling or not...they have to be shown eye candy with full on makeup and rich clothes...things we see in ITV...sigh...and here she being an IPS can still afford those...but the thing is our writers still have to make bechari trying to meet ends...why is the FL who is an IPS officer needs to be shown struggling to meet her ends ? Is it even needed for this story ? Dont tell me in future Shivaansh will be helping her out financially ...😕

Rimi...did you forget ACP Bhavya and her stunts ? she wears a bullet proof jacket and police uniform under civil dress ... remember her stunts where her tresses were flowing and she was doing the ninja stunts ? and also her uniform magically appearing when the villain trie to pull off her civil dress ? so nothing new here in showing the new ACP like this...

no rules apply here...if we start applying rules on ITV shows, then everything that has been shown in IB or in any ITV show are all never going to happen in real life...

I am missing my original Ishqbaaaz.
I know I appear biased when I write about Dhinchaak Ishqbaaz but the episodes really don't help in overcoming the bias. They have been so inane and fatuous that till date I have been able to write something positive. I know ITV is not logical mostly, its over the top but chemistry between leads, the acting of the leads and supporting cast help to ignore the illogical parts, but Dhinchaak till date appears to me like the horrors of the 1980s Bollywood disasters---everything OTT, and the wooden female lead and irritating sidekicks are not helping!

@bold...exactly this Rimi...we all know most of us are biased about the leap...but what have writers done until today to make us overcome that bias ? Literally nothing...and the future seems bleak too with the copy pasting of our fav couple onto the new one in the name of freshness and new story !
Any fan would be angry when their fav couple is copy pasted on to other couples...and especially after ridiculing fans that Shivika doesn't work(the only thing that ever worked in IB from day one) and that the online fans are hormonal teenagers and that the small bunch of fans never got the trps...
