Ooohhh on another note this mysterious shivaay, is totally different from the shivaay we saw back in 2016, heck even totally different from the one we saw in the first half of the show, original shivaay had always had an air of confidence around him! This one seems like life has failed him, no Chamelies please I really feel this shivaay is unsuccessful in the professional front 😕

There is a feeling of a SOUL missing in this world...not just in Shivika but in other characters...even Sahil, while still a chirpy little kid doesn't have that level of liveliness in his interactions with Anika...then there is the terribly miscast Daadi adding to a feeling of very superficial interactions with the brothers...it's a very stark contrast from how the show started where all these characters despite the taam jhaam of a maha aarti and other drama had these moments of poignant connection with each other...even the Obros just had a surface level interaction today...

And I feel it's for a reason...for in a world where Shivika haven't found each other yet, SOUL has to be missing...and I think that color, depth etc. will be added in slowly as Shivaay and Anika find each other and fall in love again.

Also, am I the only one who doesn't care whether this is a mind game or illusion of the professor or if the present is on pause or not? LOL I'm already open to the possibility of an AU Shivika and the fact that it will be different from original Shivika...the question of progression being messed with never really arose in my mind *shrugs*...lol

again this much characteristic change was necessary they can't be exactly in the same universe it is very hard to make an entire new story out of exact same situations and scenarios so itna change is necessary but it is not pointless i do see reasons behind both side . i connected still with both and the best Part the core seems to be still there with thodi bohat changes i still felt they were mere wale hi shivika the SOUL to SOUL connect of both was beautifully highlighted in the ADHM seq in the mellowed confused lines of both them not feeling everything is fine because they themselves are unaware of what happened with them awathi played them.

LOL it's alright...it is a lot to take in if you have certain preconceived notions in your mind...no matter how many reboots and seperations Shivika have gone through, their core characteristics and tadi have always remained the same...this is a major shift and they don't feel like Shivaay and Anika...which as I said, I feel is for a reason...it's deliberate...cuz the whole premise only is that if you change everything, can soulmates still meet?

I am game for this cuz I still see NM-SC adding nuances, that feeling of deja vu for Shivika...and I can appreciate that as long as they are given a story to play with.

Perhaps many were expecting an exact reboot of Shivika V1...but Harneet has deliberately changed characteristics along with circumstances without really making them whole new characters...there is just enough hint of deja vu to feel a connect...for me atleast...especially with the build up from the rain scene...I feel things will open up in the coming days.

NM - SC have definitely added their nuances...this will be breath of fresh air for them as well...i am too excited to see how this unfolds and how they will deal with these known yet unknown feelings for each other...
