HI everyone! 😊 Sorry for going missing for a bit, just that nothing was worth discussing much on the show other than the comedic route. After initial grumbles, I have come around from my grouches and decided to just enjoy whatever funny lightheartedness there is going on before next round of raitas are spilled.😆 (Which I'm pretty sure is coming via Abhay and second hand by Svetlana.
Svetlana has always failed in her attempts but darn, she is persistent. Abhay, however is kinda goal oriented with a background of deep seated revenge against injustice and a seething hatred for Oberois for stealing his birthright (to be rich and priviledged🤔) Anywho, there's more to that story perhaps. What's nice is Abhay isn't swayed by Svetlana at all, not even a tiny bit. Which makes me think she better watch her back if she thinks she can make use of him. He's kind of a wild card black sheep kind of unpredictable.
Coming to Shivika. It was really nice to see Shivaay take his vows seriously and go to confess all that had happened in Goa to Annika. He looked really afraid of disappointing her, but feels it better she hears it all from him rather than from a crooked blackmailing third party.
His truth was: " We were on the way to Goa, I made up a story for fun about a girl , but she suddenly turned up as true and she gave us spiked drinks, and I can't remember anything else. What happened I don't remember at all, so I don't know what I did, or didn't do that night. But please know that I wasn't in my senses , because if I were, I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing , because YOU are important to me. I would never do this to you. Please Believe me."
I like the way he kept it open ended for her to jump in with her interrogation. He didn't mention a certain footage that he'd been blackmailed with, and what he and his brothers were doing in that footage. I suppose if she had asked it would have eventually come out.
I found his honesty and earnestness very endearing as a husbandly attribute, shows how much he values her trust in him. It also means her trust in him is not misplaced. And that in her teasing manner of his lack of flirtatiousness, it is an implied statement that, "Shivaay would not do anything to risk what he and I have together." Profound.
But drama is to be had, via Dinky Maasi. So she's going to make sure that footage comes out. Good thing is , Annika is a veteran to "Incriminating MMS" video clips. I am sure Annika will be that fearsome protective wife of the Great Wall of SSO ( who seems rather pale these days😕, don't get me wrong, the whole blue shirt combo was a feast of gorgeousness😆, I speak of his attitude) and she'll prove Dinky completely wrong for thinking her as being arrogant of her husband's trustworthiness.
Nevermind that I feel this whole silly episode is beneath the Shivaay Singh Oberoi I have watched since the start of the show.. The guy who has impeccable manners and takes his public image very seriously, to fall prey to a congirl with spiked drinks was just meh
But if this is reciprocal of the Diljeet-Dadi in Bareilly angle, then I'll swallow it as just that. Husband-wife newly married growing pains. 😳
Now I hope that iconic front hall showdown is taken to town and painted red blue and green for all its worth of TRP melodrama. Bring it on. Dinky Maasi does not deserve comedy.

These two are at an interesting point of their argument. Rudra thinks because he had feelings for Bhavya and was following her around like a puppy, she should be grateful and accept him as a godsend gift. He doesn't get it that what he said to her has caused her to think of them as incompatible for long term and she made a unilateral decision to break away from him, and accept Manav's proposal.
But instead of trying hard to win her back, he acted like she had led him on and at the end left him dumped high and dry. He humiliated her in public at her wedding by putting a slant on her undercover mission with him, pretending to be married. By implying that she was "living in" his room it cast doubt on to her character, and that was cruel.
Well, she did halt the wedding, faced the fact that she cared about Rudra. But this Manchild is so absorbed in his own pain, he failed to see the other side.
I dunno about you guys, but I'm seeing irreconcilable differences between these two. Something huge has to happen for Rudy to realize that love isn't all about what he feels only, its about caring about the other person too.
He's smack in the middle of his brothers' love stories too, watching how Shivaay and Omkara are putting their wives' feelings first in their version of love. I think that's why each story is cut up and served like disjointed sandwiches. To show contrasts in the ways the brothers love their other halves.
