Chapter 6-Is It You?

Gauri was sitting in the doli staring at the moon thinking of forgetting her love yet not realizing that she is now also remembering him only.

Om was in the same condition, he didn't knew that he was still remembering Ragini.

Soon Gauri reached Om's kingdom, a magnificent place...everything seemed to be so in place as she saw the through the curtains of the doli...the sun had rose and it was already morning, Gauri couldn't sleep the whole night..off course remembering everything that took place in just 3 days.

"The place doesn't look like I heard from bauji..."Gauri thought as she remembered how her father used to tell her that how bad a ruler Om was.

" Bauji...someone can be so bad too????" The then 18 years old Gauri asked her father .

"Yes beta, I also am shocked but Omkara's dad's second wife used to be my friend once...she only told me this when we accidentally met once..." Her father spoke.

"But Bauji , why are you telling me this???" The innocent Gauri asked her next question.

"Because beta, I want to tell you that you should stay away from such people...I have only 1 daughter na, I just want to see her smiling..." Her father replied smiling.

Gauri smiled and hugged him..."You are the best bauji..." she said.

Soon her bauji evaporated in front of her eyes and she was back in her doli, her eyes filled with tears remembering a beautiful memory "I miss you bauji...I don't even know where ma would be..." Gauri said with tears in her eyes...she was snapped back from her thoughts by the halt in the doli...yes she reached the Rajmahal.

She came outside "See , she is the one who insulted Omkara..."One of the guards on the gate said eying Gauri.

Gauri ignored the comment and pulled down her pallu on her face which was the custom when meeting strangers, she went inside with full strength...Vikram was behind Gauri riding on his horse...the thoughts of his life engulfed his mind...he used to be the younger son of king Tej, the son of his second wife who never got her rights (atleast according to her) , the love that she deserved was all taken by Jhanvi...she hated Jhanvi...she hated Tej but more than that she hated Om...afterall he was the new king...not her son Vikram...the same hatred she sowed in Vikram's mind which resulted in what he today is.

"Maa...you never got your rights but i will make sure to get mine...and also to get my Gauri..." He said as he came out of his thoughts and advanced further.

Gauri entered the palace...her anklets rang telling Omkara the news of her arrival.

Om who was sitting on his thrown giving the usual judgements was suddenly pulled out of the world...to a new world by the ringing of the anklet..it felt like a familiar sound...a sound that gave him peace...a curve suddenly occupied his lips while he was in the middle of his daily proceeding.

H e got drowned into thoughts...thoughts of a girl running wearing a red lehenga with anklets in her foot ringing making the same sound, " Ragini..." He spoke to himself hardly for any one to hear.

Gauri entered the room where Om was sitting with her face covered by her palllu...Om still lost in himself when Gauri saw a glance of his face from beneath her pallu...the smile on his lips reminded her of someone , of someone special, "Sanchay..." she murmured same as Om did.

"Is it you...RAGINI..." Om 's heart asked him while the smile never left him.

"Is it you Sanchay??? Guari asked eying the smile, smiling herself.
