IshqRaaz Speculation!!

I have a feeling it was the Goody two shoes Vishal who caused to fire and summoned the IshqBaaziRois and caught them on security tape in order to destroy their business and probably take over their business.
But then, the Oberois took control of the tape and created alibis.
And Vishal SO deliberately lied to his son lying about the Oberois cheating him.
So, the fire was purely Vishal's doing. What do you all think?

Annika will find out all this and Shivaay will get the credit in the end.

so far, none of Shivaay's plans have worked! he couldn't even find out who Mahi was until Pinky disclosed it.. ok, he opened up Pinky's doing.. that was his only accomplishment so far!
