All their scenes are so amazing that we could watch them a million times and still not get bored...Why? Because of Rikara's aka Shrenal's amazing chemistry and Atif's direction...😳

I must say...carrying a show, with literally no story with a 1+ TRP is not a matter of joke...Shrenal are extremely talented, have amazing chemistry and also dont need dialougs either, because their eyes say everything and speak volumes!

My jorney started with loving Omkara...Of course..I thought he was the best looking but I also connected to his character...I didnt like it one bit that he got sidelined and wasnt getting his love story...When I stared watching DBO, I watched it only for Omkara...I gave Gauri a chance and quite liked her! After the marriage sequence, I was completey shipping them! Their chemistry cant go unnoticed! Then when Rikara got together again, I was very happy!

I agree that Om got mad a lot but what do you expect? He is a person who is very calm and composed but when he loses his temper, all hell breaks loose! I knew since IB days that Omkara has the most dangerous anger!

A lot of people blamed him to become SSO version 2 when DBO started but i completely disagree! He was never egoistic, arrogant, he never belived in NKK, he always belived in equality and he never manhandled...And if he has ever tried to raise his hand on someone it was always justiefied because that person provked him to that extent...The only changes he went through were that he became stronger, he stopped wearing his heart on his sleeve and he started showing himself to be tough...This was all just so he dosent get betrayed again! His mom commiting suicide was trauma for him than made him lose his artistic side and made him stronger!

Him misunderstanding Gauri was purely situational...He has always belived thing that he sees and this was one of those cases...He had seen a person like that (Swetlana) and imagined Gauri to be the same...

I also have seen a lot of people that want a storgner femal lead for Omkara or a grey lead for him...If we talk about being a strong character, Gauri is a very strong character! She is independent, she has a lot of self-respect (she let it slip when she was with Om only because his life was in danger...Last epi od DBO), she fights for all the people she loves, she takes a stand for herself and last but definitely not the least, she managed to get out of her wedding with KT twice without a man's help...Like everyone, she has her weaknesses...Her weaknesses are her mom and Omkara...Although she is a person who values her self-respect a lot she didnt hesitate to let it go to save Omkara's life like she clarified to him in the last episode of DBO...Speaking of a grey lead, Omkara has gone throgh a LOT in his life...Having a grey lead would increase his pain...He needs someone who can love him selflessly and can take care of him and his fsmily! Enter Gauri!

Both of them have a set of good qualities and flaws, their good qualties are very similar but their flaws are different...Omkara has flaws such as being judemental, not bring able to control his temper, and beliving that lies are always told for bad or harm...Gauri's hasnt really been eplored that much but I do know that she thinks of her husband to be god...Omkara can get rid of Gauri's flaw as he believes in equality and Gauri can get rid of his flaws because she belives lies are need for surival! They complete each other like 2 puzzles of the same picture! (Metaphor cred: Mais😆]

Rikara are very unique because they started of with friendship...Their is an unsaid love in their relationship...They are neither lovey-dovey nor do thry have childish fight all the time...they are in somewhen in between...They are lovey-dovey sometime s and they fight like childiren sometimes...The are also very mature and their fight are normall not to over the top..😆

I also feel that Omkara is the best looking Obro and Gauri is the best looking Obahu and they go paired together and they can creat such mindbloing chemistry! They dont even need to anything..Their chemistry is visible when they are only in the same frame!😆

I believe that their characters and personlity fits each other perfectly and also that there could be no actors better to play Omkara and Gauri than Kunal and Shrenu! Love you guys! ❤️

What an amazing effort guys .. I know how short of time you guys were n hats off .. this thread shines with RiKara love out n out .. n firstly a big round of Cheers as RiKara complete five months of their wedding. Yes their journey of marital bliss is yet to begin but that doesn't make the road travelled till now any less special.


Omkara n Gauri. As perfect as their names symbolise. Yet circumstances prove otherwise. Omkara's jaundiced vision owing to his fathers adultery n mothers suicide attempt does not allow him to see the intrinsic purity n honesty of Gauri who has fallen prey to roving eye of the local landlord. Dislike rolls. Prejudices n judgements too. Yet when all hell breaks lose Omkara stands up to protect Gauri n in the last ditch attempt to save her from mob fury marries her. A union that holds no meaning for Omkara while Gauri is ready for a lifetime of devotion. Yet Fate has its own tale to tell. A tale of Friendship of Devotion of No expectations of Sacrifce of Guilt and Realisation. Now we are at a point when Omkara is mystified with Gauri n truly at a loss at her selflessness as she is ready to lay her life to save him yet ready to give it all up as her self esteem n prestige demand to be honoured as well.

The new dynamics between RiKara make one beautiful curve in what's destined to be a journey of a lifetime n we the fans are all seat-belt-tied n ready as they take a plunge into a whirlpool of emotions that ultimately promises an eternity of love care trust n bliss. Can't wait for RiKara to grow n thrive n discover the fact that soulmates exist n they just chanced upon theirs on this day five months back.
