A lot of the anger on Friday came because we had no idea what was going through Shivaay's head - especially after he threw her out with such brutality.

Today, we got to see his struggles and we already feel bad for him. At least I do, my heart was going out to him, aaj. (Can't believe one episode is all it takes 😆 )

I believe he went to see Sahil mostly because he wanted to catch a glimpse of her. His eyes kept searching for her everywhere. And when he was unable to spot her, he literally couldn't breath - AS OM HAD ONCE PREDICTED.

This was that struggle we got, today. The one Om had prophesied so long back. He starts to feel breathless and in pain, every time he senses her presence. The conflict is back but it's much, much bigger this time. His mind wants to move on, forget Annika but his heart is protesting with the pain. He wants to listen to his mind, like always but she's in his blood now - a part of him, the need to have her around is bigger then ever. The quarrel between heart and mind is much more severe this time around, then it ever was before.

The body is unable to handle the strain. The heart wins. He collapses. Defeated.

Throughout the episode he looks so done with life, so tired. Like he's carrying the weight of he world on his shoulders but has no energy left to fight it, so just soldiers on. We thought he's forgotten the good times but he doesn't even have to dig deep for the good memories. They keep springing up of their own accord, like they're right underneath the fabric of his brain. Poor guy 😭

Annika, on the other hand, strong as ever, embraces her sadness and lets it all out at once. This is what I love about this girl.

Also, how awesome was she beating up that auto waala ? 😆 I bet Chameli would've made an appearance if she had the time but I guess pati parmeshwar's health is foremost 😆 Loved her dialogue tho "You know how Shivaay is. He thinks his illness will fear his taddi and run away". Made me chuckle (although in a sad way😭)

Rudra, once again perfectly embodying us fangirls, gives it back to Pinky. 👏 It wasn't much but it had my smiling that evil, ear-to-ear alien grin from Looney Toones😆.

Lastly, I don't want to sound like a teenage pankhee, but DAMN HOW MICHMICHI-INDUCING WAS THAT PRECAP?! 🤢

I can't make myself watch it Risha repeatedly.. I saw just the once and had Svetlana flashbacks. So she isn't a welcome entry, I'd really like for this Opportunist Vamp to bare her fangs to Pinky.

See, this vamp knows Shivaay just came out of a relationship. She is quite happy being the rebound, to use it to her advantage. I'm curious to see what she manages to influence Shivaay into doing. WILL BE MICHMICHIS for us definitely.

Like Shivika no longer exists. They are thoroughly broken up, divorce papers signed and Annika has asked Sahil not to call Shivaay , but her for now. They grieve the loss, but both are not stepping towards each other at all. Annika gave him up for his mother, tells Rudra to watch out for him always, asks to see him one last time. But those painful ehsaas he gets when she's around will make her leave completely.

So when she isn't around, he won't have that pain right? Who'll help with the memories of her that'll plague him? Every corner of that room has a memory of her. Heck, I'm even prepared for a room remodelling for Shivaay also. He'd take every step to detach himself from her memories.

I was so glad she didn't meet him today, and do anymore damage. This clean break is merciful, she had already done too much. Just watching him restless , remembering PInky promise was painful enough.

But he's not thinking. His heart hurts fiercely, and his brain has gone into hibernation. Finally Shivaay's heart has realized its power over the sharp brain.

Okay, so Shivika are over. And news looks like this new vamp (yeah still gonna ignore her until i absolutely have to think about her) is an opportunist out to catch the golden goose.

On the other hand, Kamini just waltzed into Oberoi Mansion, and coolly mentioned why such a lovely nice Bahu like Annika was kicked out like that? This truth will hang over Pinky. Pinky's reign is on shaky ground. Kamini has Prinku in her claws, Pinky's entire honour, and Shakti's secret. Be prepared for Kamini to move into Oberoi Mansion soon.

Oh Boy. So not fun. Oberoi Mansion will turn into a drama theatre of Vamps.

ETA: The FB sequence was pretty cute. A glimpse of ShivIka as parents <3

Although, I'm pretty sure Shivaay is going to get nightmares every time he hears the words "first night" from here on out 😆

It is a test for both of them now. Shivvay is to work out what is important for his 'Vajud' (identity) and Annika has to work out what is important for her, being there for Shivvay during his difficult times or trying to protect him from the difficult times.

Kamini wasted no time at all did she? 😕 She's not even going to be subtle, just outright nasty , I got a little knot of misery for Pranka, the fool who feel for a flawed knight. Let's just hope , ACP Ranveer steps up, and fights for his wife and their relationship.

Me too. I think this opportunist will take full advantage and turn Shivaay from his family completely. Annika gave him back respectfully to his family, in two pieces for their safe keeping and nurturing. but this one will sellotape the pieces back and take full credit for it herself.

I feel nasty, ideas went as far as making Shivaay turn away from his family, not caring about anything related to them. Because his heart hurts and his brain is struggling for control.

If Annika broke him, it should be her to put him back together. I await that journey..😉

but one thing made me feel weird...shivaay isn't angry as much as he's hurt ... so wonder where the tadi and anger (in promo) coming from after lapse

even if we ignore promo ... tadi and tashan just doesn't seem right...that was battle of egos .. but this is battle of pain isn't it??

which something else must happen before lapse right? something to make him angry? something to make her take off her MS and sindoor - as i think divorce won't happen in 3 months

ETA: i have stopped arguing abbout how much shivaay is right being angry at her ... i still think her hints were not good enough and she knows that too or else she wouldn't have put them...if she wanted him to know she was being blackmailed than she had more ways to do that .. so i don't find it his fault at all

BUT the battle he's going through about who was the real Annika is obvious on his face ... & it's right ... i for one would have believed that this one is the real Annika ... cause of a simple thing called logic ... Annika wanting revenge .. wanting to break shivaay's heart after what he did to her...hurting him through his brother like he hurt her through hers ... makes sense ..

the fact that annika was so sweet..that she cared for him and his family ... that she LOVED HIM despite everything was what made Annika speical & what made her an unsolvable puzzle ...but thinking that everything was for revenge,money or power solves this puzzle

ofcourse there's another solution to it which is that love is stronger than anything...even stronger than hatred (and shivaay needs to know that)

No one know shivaay better than Anika.. They lives with each other for few months only.. Still she know her billuji in and out.. Shivaay never open up his pain infront of his family.. Still they were forced to shut their mouth.. Shivaay loves saahil..once he promised to that little boy, whatever happens he will always there for him. He came there to see off him.. In his mind he needs to see him and handover his kit but his heart want to get a glimpse of Anika.. Anika always get disturbed when she didn't see him for a few mints likes shivaay and now she is running away from his eye sight and shivaay's sense--meter is giving him warning.. But still he can't see her and shivaay said saahil to call him everyday.. Atleast through him he will get to know about anika's whereabouts..

He know her sound very well.. His heart is getting restless.. He knows she is somewhere here and the auto wala made him mores uncomfortable. His heart is getting vulnerable without seeing her. anika want to help him but she is bound to promises and she is watching his agony helplessly. After he left from there. She become taadibaaz Anika and beat that's auto wala black and blue..

Anika is highly worried about Shivaay and she called rudy to check him.. Shiv faints down.. Pinky is too much.. His son get heart attack and she needs to fight with rudra. What sort of woman is she.. Shivaay said everyone to leave him and they left him without any complaints even pinky too.. When Anika was here, pinky did so much drama during this situation to show off that how much much she was worried for his heera beta but today I didn't see little bit of pain in her eyes for him.but miles way someone is keep on praying for his well being and instructing her devar to take care of him and request to see him through video call.. This is true love, she loves him so much and she know she only get his anger and hatred..

Shivaay is grieving his loss. The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost.

And right now shivaay is in stage one.. DENIAL.

His heart is not accepting that its all over. She is gone forever from his life. He keeps looking for her, keeps feeling her and even senses her presence around him.

Beautifully put TD, in that empty shock, he tried to just go back to his normal self, but everywhere he turns he finds his life entwined with Annika's. His brothers want to talk about her. And he finds he needs to go send Sahil off for a trip also.

It was sweet to see him consider Sahil as family despite him severing all the ties to Annika. He signed those papers in rage and threw her out. She was gone, but really??

WHy didn't she come back to explain anything? (Why didn't you ask her again Shivaay?)

She just went away like that, did she not miss him at all? (Ask yourself Shivaay!?)

Did he think she would have seen Sahil already , and was around there somewhere. Talking to Sahil made him remember all his Pinky promises to take care of her and not hurt her. At that point, he didn't remember what she said or did, he only remembered what HE DID.

He dragged her and threw her out.

Suddenly the questions were too much. Guilt washed in spades.

Where is Annika Didi? DIdn't she come with you?

I know I don't have to remind you, but you'll always take care of her right??

He hides his eyes from Sahil. Teacher comes to save him from the boy's questions. But he feels her nearby, and he's not sure if he's ready to see her again. He leaves.

But hearing her voice by the car, he realizes he needed to see her. Just standing there in the middle of the road, waiting for a glimpse, was heartbreaking. His heart took the front seat and drove shakily back home that day. Brain knocked out unconscious in the back.

During this stage of denial or isolation, one tend to pretend , This isn't happening, this can't be happening, It is a normal reaction to rationalize overwhelming emotions. It is a defense mechanism that buffers the immediate shock of the loss. We block out the words and hide from the facts. This is a temporary response that carries us through the first wave of pain. And shivaay right now is trying to fight this immense pain..

Once he is able to cross this stage, he will start feeling angry .. Right now he does not feel anything.. he just wants to get thru days in the hope that he will wake up one day and find that all this disaster that is happening is just a dream.

But the anger will soon come, he will be ready to lash out on anything and everything. I fear that day.. in anger one lashes out at one caused this immense pain. I fear for Annika.

I think the most heartbreaking stage is the bargaining stage, where he may decide no matter what she did/said, he wanted her back anyway. He might even go find her at Chanda's again, only to find his mangalsutra and ring returned. Then full break down would have been done.

I believe the writers intend to break down Shivika completely TD. And start again, like "Second chance at love" kind of story. What say?

I hope at most we will only be subjected till the bargaining stage and spared depression and acceptance..

I am very anxiously waiting for the post lapse shivika era to begin.. let us see what is in store for us when shivaay will go thru stage 2 grievance ie Anger
