Seems like he is talking about bank account fraud.
I'm feeling bad for him, he worked so hard to earn that money. :(
I hope he recovers his loss but isn't it bank should pay him compensation because money has been stolen from his bank account. :/

Oh! I was wondering this because some banks in UK does pay money back to victims in fraud cases and I thought it will be similar in India too.
