So for him to drink Annika's cup of poison that she was spilling, while she was pouring out her tale of how life treated her, would not be out of character. All I could see was Shivvay holding on so tight so as to absorb all that into him and free her off that pain forever.

Even when he finds out about her past, if it brings more poison to harm her, he is going to swallow that as well so as to to keep her from any bitter truths. That is just who he is and what he does.

When he married her he performed every ritual with solemnity and sincerity. I was surprised that he was not distracted during the marriage or was off handed about what he was doing. Every act, move and step was purposeful, as if he wanted this to happen the right way, not just for the sake of. Besides, for a man who was under pressure and marrying for just a day he remembers every minute of it and her every reaction to every ritual as well.

I don't know why but the more I see Shivvay now the more I see that stark resemblance to Lord Shivvay drinking in the poison that was churned up. I am fascinated by this Hindu God - as you can clearly see... lol
Pinky is clearly churning up his life to make that poison and before the sweet nectar is obtained he needs to first swallow that poison. He will of course not ingest it to fill his whole being and existence, in the process almost lose his life (his Jaan), because Annika will stop it at his throat just as he swallows it to save his life.

To me the NKK represents the poison that Pinky is churning up in his life and heart and the sweet nectar will be the realization that he has come to the acceptance of Annika being who she is - 'sirf Annika' nothing else. Her truth might cause her to try to sacrifice her marriage to keep him safe and just as he feels his life is leaving him he is hit by the realization that she saved him once again.That is when the sweet nectar of love will flow into his heart and life forever.

.the way he comfort her was mindblowing...I really never thought he can console her like this...the way he held her...it was so intimate,passionate hug...while seeing that hug I remembered his promise that I never leave you nor never let you leave me...
Wasn't it just !!! It was as if he was trying to absorb all that pain, suffering and that sadness so that he could give her his laughter, peace and happiness. His feather light kisses kept reminding me of someone 'kissing it better'.

The night scenes...Omg...poor billuji...seeing her face and promising himself that he wnt let the peace which seen in her face go away...but Annika's one kick he is out of the bed...then the press punch ladayi...

I never thought that shivaay had this naughty side...
Shivvay has always had a roguish and engaging side with Annika, right from the Temple Scene. He could not just ignore her and walk out??? He really needed to slap that money on her face?? I mean the face!!! why??
I would have ignored a nobody and her rants and just walked away but no, this man wanted to and felt the need to engage. It was as if something forced him to behave the way he did.
Since then his comfort level with engaging her, fighting with her, hurting her, getting physical with her has just been unceasing. She has never made moves towards him - it has always been him.
Even now, Shivvay is teasing her regularly with his 'checking out' looks, getting downright dirty and lewd sometimes when he talks and openly displaying his attentions (kissy face, arm twisting and today's pyaar ki bhook) to her in order to get her familiar and used to the fact that there is more coming next. She is living in this bubble where she is 'Playing House' with Shivvay and thinks that this is all there is to the marriage.

The 'Gudda-Guddi' khel from our childhood that we all found so thrilling because we didn't really understand what marriage actually meant once the wedding was over.😉

He has his work cut out for him though because he is married to Mrs. Prude Singh Oberoi who seems to be still stuck at age 12 (emotionally and mentally where these things are concerned) and who cannot imagine her very controlled, formal, well behaved and platonic relationship with this man turning into something intimate and physical. To see "Her Shivvay" making the moves on her and not keeping his distance physically, is an 'Avaatar' she is not taking to very well...lol
He has always been the epitome of propriety for her before his kidnapping by being formal, respectful and mindful of keeping the relationship platonic. This hormone raging rouge is someone she is not familiar with at all 🤣 🤣

I really felt happy because the real shivaay which was lost somewhere in that dysfunctional family is really coming out when he was with Annika...the shivaay version 2...
