Shivaay may hv given her pinky promise that he will make everything right but he doesn't know everything right for anika wud b for him to accept her as she is as his wife infront of all... Give her that desired respect in society...He doesn't think about her feelings at all.. He is Ofcourse playing with her emotions but thinks it's only fair coz he has feelings..She asked for a name to this relationship as Kalavati... He dint give one n dint think it's necessary for him to explain his feelings... That showed anika what he wants.. Ek time pe do nav pe savaar hai Billu...

However, I don't think Shivaay will treat Anika like Pinky does at any point...I really don't think it matters to him now if he finds out that Anika is an orphan...how is that any different from the current situation where he doesn't know anything about her khoon khaaandaan? Her being an orphan would still be the same thing...a person with no NKK...so I don't think that changes anything...Shivaay already knows all this and has already openly shown how much he needs her.
I'm not sure if the issue is about his feelings not being deep enough to change his beliefs...I think he hasn't really been tested yet to that extent for the full depth of his feelings to come through...that will only happen if he feels he's losing her or has lost her and all his shrewd manipulations and blackmails also aren't able to help him keep her by his side...He needs to experience true helplessness to actually realize if/if not he can overcome his belief system.
Also, it needs the right set of circumstances in terms of him getting to know more about her, actually seeing the world that she's lived in more up close to get some perspective...aisa nahin hai ki he will overnight stop considering NKK important...his belief system needs to be reconciled with his love for Anika...that is what remains to be seen.
I'm also beyond tired and bored of this lame wedding track and I'm waiting to see if the story shifts pace to NKK after this...otherwise this limbo mode isn't going to work.
