So before you guys start reading, I would like you guys to know that I want to actually apologize that I can't reply to all your comments together, because you know, being a Newbie really sucks. I tried to get hold of the previous IF account but I just can't remember my password. Okay so the thing is that Sorry for like replying to one person then again waiting for 24hrs or more to reply to the other ones. It's JUST because I am a Newbie. Nothing else!
CHAPTER 4
The Oberoi Mansion was decorated like a bride. It was a very happy moment for the family. A new member was going to join them pretty soon. Even though it was just a small house party, with no outsiders, it looked like some really pretty.
Anika and Shivaay were in their room talking about 'what next' and 'what to do' and 'what not to do'.
Anika- Shivaay, aaj se na...nahi abhi se, abhi se aap meri samne ye Tadi marna chod dijiye. Accha nahi lagta hai mujhe.
Shivaay- Hmm okay? Whatever you say!
He said looking up at her. He was helping her get ready. He was fixing her gorgeous and heavy Saree as dadi had completely forbidden Anika to bend down.
Shivaay- Anika? Waise, tumhe kya lagta hai? Baby boy hai ya girl?
He asked after he was done helping her fix her saree.
Anika- Mujhe na lagta hai ke...ekdum aapke jaisa kanji aankho wala chotu billa aane wala hai!
She then started laughing. Shivaay looked at her. She was going to give birth to his baby. Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi's baby. He was mesmerized by her personality, her character, her lifestyle. Everything. This women right in front of him had changed his life totally and all for good! He put his hands on her waist.
Shivaay- Anika?
Anika- Hmm?
Shivaay- Aren't you scared? Itni badi responsibility hogi na?
She looked at him smiling.
Anika- Aap Mujhe kabhi chodke toh nahi jaoge na?
He looked stunned by that question. Even though she was smiling, he could see the fear in her eyes. She was still scared of losing him. Shivaay pulled her closer and hugged her tight.
Shivaay- Never Anika! NEVER!
She broke the hug and continued.
Anika- Toh phir mujhse kabhi kuch maat chupana...aur, aur humesha mujhse pyaar karna...aur mere bacche...
He stopped her with a finger on her lips.
Shivaay- Eyyy, 'humare'. Humare bacche Anika!! We have made it together, and I promise, I will try my best to become the Best Father in the World.
Anika- Kabhi kuch nahi hone dogena?
Shivaay- Never. I promise!
She was getting all emotional. She quickly gave him a Peck on his lips and opened her box of Sindoor, and as soon as she was about to put it on, Shivaay held her hands.
Shivaay- I would like to do my job Anika.
And saying so, he put the sindoor on her and kissed her on the cheek.
Shivaay- Aab chale?
She smiled at him and nodded in confirmation.
All the family members were there, waiting for them to come down and to begin the celebrations.
Sahil- Didiii!
He ran and hugged Anika. She hugged him tighter.
Anika- Sahil! School kaisa chal raha hai? Aur tu Chutki ko zyada pareshaan toh nahi kar raha hai na?
Sahil- Didi please! Chutki maat bolo. Unka ek aur bhi toh naam hai!
Anika laughed.
Anika- Jo bhi ho, mere liye toh Chutki hi hai!
Shivaay again turned towards Om and winked. But Om just chose to ignore him. Then Shivaay turned towards Sahil and went ahead to talk to his brother-in-law.
Shivaay- Sahil! Hello! Mr. SSO ko congratulations nahi doge?
Sahil- Haan Mr. SSO...
Anika- Ahh. Sahil! SSO nahi. Jiju? Jiju bolo.
She said that and touched his hair.
Sahil- Baal maat kharab karo Anika didi. I am a big boy now.
Sahil fixed his hair. Just like Shivaay. Anika and Shivaay both laughed at the scene.
Sahil- Haan Congratulations JIJU, kyuki main mamu banne wala hu na!
Shivaay- Not a big deal.
And soon noticed Anika running towards the other guests.
Priyanka- Anika, main bohot khush hu tere air bhaiya ke liye!
She hugged her.
Ranveer- Ji Anika bhabi, congratulations.
Shivaay joined them as well. And without thinking anything, Ranveer hugged him tight and congratulated him.
Then Sundari bua came and held Anika's hand. She was like usual, very hyped.
Sundari- Anika beta, itni acchi khabar toh maine pehle kabhi bhi nahi suna hoga! Tera ghar kitna bada hai. Sab kitna sundar hai. Main aab akele hi rehti hu.
Anika- Bua ji aaj mera mood bohot accha hai, aur isiliye main aaj apse kuch nahi kahungi. Aapka agar ho gaya ho, toh please jaiye.
Shivaay- Anika, please? Bua ji? Kaisi hi aap? Aapko kuch chahiye toh nahi?
Sundari- Aaa...waise beta kuch nahi chahiye...pa...pa..par aagar kuch paise...
Anika- Bua ji a...
Shivaay held Anika's hand. He smiled at Sundari.
Shivaay- Jitna chahiye, main aapko de dunga, aur koi bhi problem ho, toh mujhe call kar lena. Aab aap party enjoy kijiye.
Saying so he pulled Anika away from her and left a happy Sundari bua dancing behind them. Anika just stared at the beautiful man who was holding her hands and beside with her. No ego, only love.
Anika was still waiting for one guest. Her sister. Chutki. Obviously she had another name, but it was her right to call her that even though it made her sister very awkward. She could sense someone else was waiting for her as well. She went and stood next to that person.
Anika- Wo aayi kya? Hmm?
Om- Hmm? Wo...wo ko..kon?
Anika- Chut-ki. Chutki?
Om- Anika.. Mu...mujhe kaise pa..pata hoga?
Om was stammering. He was truely and madly in love with her sister. And so was her sister.
Rudra came and joined them.
Rudra- Bhabi? Aap Om ko jin ke baare me puch rahi hai, wo aagayi hai, dekhiye. Waha!!
He pointed towards the entrance. Without waiting a second, Om took a look and stopped. She was the most beautiful sight for him.
Anika- Om, muh band Karo!
Anika said laughing. And then she tried to run towards Chutki, but then stopped when she noticed Shivaay glaring at him.
Anika- Chutkiii!
Chutki- Anika di, mera ek accha sa naam bhi hai, please Chutki kehke maat bulao, mujhe bohot michmichi hoti haii!
Anika- Par chutki? Tu aisa kaise bol sakti hai.
And Anika started crying. Chutki quickly hugged her and said sorry.
Chutki- Dii, nahi I am sorry.
Anika- Phir.. Phir promise kar, ke in 9months me, tu mujhe nahi bolegi much bhi. Aur baaki sab bhi tuje chutki hi bulaenge?
Chutki- Haan, haan... CHUTKI! Yes di, wahi!
And everyone began laughing, including Om. He thought it would be fun to call her Chutki.
As the entire family was present there, Shivaay wanted to tell them something. Actually to Anika, because just a few moments ago he had seen her fear. And he wanted that to go away. Forever.
Shivaay- Ladies and gentlemen! May I have your attention please?
Everyone turned towards him and he then continued.
Shivaay- Yes, thank you. So jaise aap sabko pata hai, Anika is Pregnant... We are pregnant. So whatever I will be saying today will straight from my heart, for my better half.
He walked towards her and stopped just a little distance away.
Shivaay- Anika, mere Zinadagi me aane ke liye 'Thank you'. Pyaar, wo cheez jispe mujhe kabhi bharosa hi nahi tha, uska pehla ehsaas dilane ke liye 'Thank you'. Mujhe 360, for better, badalne ke liye 'Thank you'. Tumhare sath saath janmo tak ka rishta banane ki ijazat dene ke liye 'Thank you'. Mere khushi banne ke liye 'Thank you'. Mere hone waale baccho ki Maa banne ke liye 'Thank you'. Anika, "Do Dil, Ek Jaan" kaise bante hai, ye samjhane ke liye, isko mujhe mehsus karwane ke liye "THANK YOU". I love you Anika. And will always love you.
Anika was on seventh cloud. The man couldn't even say thank you once, told him the word more than 5times. He was crying. And she couldn't stop. She ran the little distance between them and hugged him tight and said,
Anika- I love you Shivaay!
The entire family had become very emotional but yet cheered for the couple. Anika and Shivaay were the perfect example of how opposites attract. They had already passed many of the tough stages but were still going strong. Hands in hands and hearts together. Just the thing Shivaay said, "Do Dil, Ek Jaan".
Precap: (I don't usually give precaps, but I just had to give now. Lol.) Tia is back and is secretly in contact with Shivaay. Anika will get to know about Tia. And trust? Trust whom? And what? And a little leap, two/three months! We will get to know about the baby or babies?
