I remember distinctly being relieved when Aarnav married Khushi even though it was unbearable to see how much pain the two of them were going through then. But at least they shared that pain - it was not like one was happy and the other sad. Besides, whether Aarnav was disgusted with Khushi or not, Aarnav's presence in Khushi's life gave her the much needed safety and protection from Shyam. Her own family with 2 older women and a sick father could not have done much. Being with Aarnav gave her the much needed shield she so desperately needed and she had others, NK especially, to watch over her as well.

I see the same case with Aanika. Yes she is independent, strong and a self-made girl but what Daksh is doing to her is not what a average girl living alone in Mumbai faces on an everyday basis. Annika knows how to deal with a hard life full of struggles but to deal with a maniac who is to the point of being physically abusive is a little too much for an unsuspecting naive girl to take on. Also we must remember this orphan is probably only 24-25 years old at the most. We all know how protective Om, Rudra and Soumya too are of Annika. She will at least have them around even if Shivvay is cold and insulting in the first few weeks. Besides, angry or not, I do not think Shivvay shares Annika very well. Now that she is his wife, even if it is for a contract period, I think he will make sure Daksh stays away from her.

I understand the MU about the ONS is not what most of us wanted the marriage to start with- me included and I am waiting eagerly for next week to rip SSO apart but for now I still give him the benefit of doubt as I had promised. But I also know the deeper Shivvay digs this hole of prejudice he is sitting in the better because the greater the penance and redemption from his end. I can assure you that when the redemption track unfolds Om, Rudra and Dadi are going to back Annika 100% and hopefully by then the rest of the Oberoi's as well. The MU is just laying the foundation of the bigger redemption that needs to follow about accepting Annika for who she is - someone with no high class lineage and family background.

I even suspect that she is one of the the illegitimate children of a very wealthy and royal house and we all know what Shivvay did to Mr. Chabra with respect to Dev. This will be a very bitter pill, if it is true, for Shivvay to swollow.

Anyways, for now I am going to sit back and enjoy this 'khichdi' that Ms. Gul has cooked up and make a little 'raita' to go with it while I bear and grin through the next few episodes. Then I am going to order the 'jalebi's' (not laced with poison of course) and enjoy Annika driving SSO up the wall with her many antics at the OM.
If Shivvay was a smart man he would have let Daksh deal with Annika as a wife - I promise you Daksh would walk into the asylum himself and beg to be admitted after a month of marriage to the Annika Surname Mein Kya Hai wildcat 🤣🤣

Bold part how i wish when the redemption comes it's worth everything that he has done and will probably do in the fture but as you guys know by now the male lead in hindi serials esp Gul's don't really do much of a redemption, Do you remember when Arnav & Khushi marriage contract ended and he blamed her for everything that was wrong with his family, after she left i thought he wld regret it and probably seek forgiveness dil se but no such thing happened, he went ahead and made her life miserable by buying their house and whatnots to force her to come back to him, Gul treats the male characters like gods and females very badly with no consequence whatsoever so I'm not holding my breath for her to do justice to Annika's character. I wld love if I'm wrong tho.
Very true. I was unhappy with how she handled ASR's redemption as well. I feel he got away with just a slap on the wrist.

Actually In my openion Arnav Khushi story slowly became better after the Haye marriage . The first 20 episodes were tough but after that it slowly imprived

At the moment we can't see beyond this wedding but things are bound to improve between Anika and Shivaye too
Ah! Ha! .. see we all are veterans of the soap opera war zones after all and after the initial blast when the dust settles we know what to do for our PTS (post traumatic syndrome)... lol 😉

I agree and I hope it does not go that way. Ms. Gul shredded QH and after Zoya ended up marrying Aayan I just stopped watching because even for a soap opera it was to ludicrous to accept. But as someone said on their post ( I forget who as I am post-hopping right now) it would be fun to watch Tia without her 15 crores having to wait 6 months in the marriage to get it. How is her jealous hubby going to react to her many One day/night Stands with Shivvay?😆

True. He will be accused of more ONS than Annika but then I guess for 15 Crores it is many more Arabian Nights for him than 15 lacs that Annika took ... lol 🤣🤣

shivaay has been shown to have some integrity and this will totally ruin it for me! still waiting and hoping it wont happen but gul has herself mentioned hatred will be strong/...
