I have seen havoc here as in how marriage will happen. My theory slightly different. Here it goes..
Daksh is actually son of gayatri and wants a revenge from both shivaay and Anika. He is not actually bad but he thinks that shivaay murdered gayatri. As Anika saved shivaay, he wants her as well to suffer.
He knows Anika is hurt. He proposed Anika only to get her married to shivaay. So bride swapping will happen but because of Daksh. Making shivaay feel his theory about Anika correct. The gold digger and stuff. This will turn out to be hate marriage. In anger post marriage, shivaay will forcefully keep her in OM. Story will go on with revelations further.
Daksh will achieve thus teaching lesson to Anika for helping murderer and let shivaay hurt his own love.
Just my POV. I see this is where it's going. I can be wrong though.
