This is considering ShiTia and Danika (ewww!!! sounds as bad as ShiTia - yuck!!) 🤣 are getting married the same day, which by the looks of it is happening.

On the day of the wedding:
Scene 1 : Shivvay goes upstairs to Annika's room (where she is sitting ready dressed in her bridalwear) to try and convince Annika one last time not to marry Daksh. He pauses outside the open door to compose himself and overhears Tia and Robin arguing. He realizes he has the wrong room but something they say catches his attention and listens on to discover the truth.
OR
He sees a couple hugging and assumes it is Daksh and Annika till he turns around and either sees Annika or Daksh outside the room in the corridor. He looks in a realizes Tia is in a amorous hug with Robin. ta~~ da~~~ (lool ... moment ho gaya) 😆

Now that he knows the truth about Tia he knows that the promise he made to Tia does not hold anymore. He is a free man, that is barring the other Shivvay's that play passing the parcel in his head .. lol 🤣

He makes one last gentlemanly attempt at trying to make her change her mind (no shaking her like a rag doll, jijitsu hold or fireman's hold ...lol) and when that fails uses the trump card.
Marry me or I help your aunt win Sahil's custody for good. I will admit to spending the night with you to ruin your chances, bribe the judges, use unlawful means .. vegera.. vegera .. (etc..etc)
Of course he has handled the Tia situation by then and silenced her as well.
Dunno ... bahut far fetched hai aur bahut footage bhi khata hai yeh theory ... 🤣🤣

Here is my crazy ass theory😆. Please bear with me

The day before Shivaay's marriage. After Daksh pulls his "sleeping with Anika" card. Shivaay is going to freak out. And he will blast Anika, assuming the worst. They have an argument where Shivaay questions her on why she said yes to Daksh. Anika finally in her anger, tells him that, she is just proving his accusation right, that she is in fact a gold digger. Shivaay is shocked and Anika tells him that she overheard his convo with Omkara. Shivaay tries to explain it to her and Anika refuses to believe it and says that it is true that she is a gold digger and since he knows her truth, and won't marry her, she is going to marry the second best option. Shivaay who feels guilty and sad, tries to explain to her that, he didn't mean it like that, but Anika is Anika. Finally in a fit of anger, Shivaay takes kumkum (Don't ask me how it was there, maybe they were fighting in O Mansion Mandir or Anika was setting wedding mandap🤣), and applies it on Anika's forehead, saying, if he believed her to be a gold digger, he would never do this(🤣). Anika is shocked. Shivaay is even more shocked. (😆😆😆). Daksh who was eavesdropping on the conversation, is also shocked and pissed😆😆. Anika slaps Shivaay. Daksh steps in and blasts Shivaay for what he did. Doesn't give Shivaay a chance to apologize for his actions. Daksh declares that, Shivaay can't treat Anika like this, and Anika and Daksh will get married tomorrow along with Shivaay and Tia. Anika is speechless🤣

At the mandap, Shivaay sits for his wedding, and finds Anika and Daksh talking or also getting ready to sit at the mandap to marry(please don't ask me why they are getting married in the same mandap😕. Maybe they plan to go to the court and marry, after Anika takes care of her commitment towards Dadi and Shivaay's wedding.) And in between Shivaay found out that Daksh is the stalker. Seeing, Anika ready to marry Daksh, Shivaay declares that Anika is his wife and they got married the previous night. Argument ensues. Maybe Rudr, Omkara and Dadi (maybe Tej too for his own reasons) convinces Anika to go ahead with marrying Shivaay for Oberoi izzat, or Anika refuses to accept Shivaay as her husband. Either way, whether they get officially married or not, Anika leaves Oberoi Mansion (technically as Shivaay Singh Oberoi's wife).
Shivaay apologizes to Tia, and remains friends with her, while Anika apologizes to Daksh and tells him that she is not ready for any relation, her anger towards Shivaay had clouded her judgement, and agrees to remain friends.

Dadi, Omkara and Rudr, gives Shivaay a pep talk on wife and marriage. Then starts Shivaay's efforts to get his wife home and to prove to her that Daksh is not good. Daksh misleads Anika, and Anika too pissed at Shivaay to care about him or prove to him that Tia is bad.

After a lot of rootna manana, they find out the true face of their so-called friends, and decides to get together.
Daksh figures it out, and turns Ravan and kidnaps Anika. Shivaay turns Ram and Rudr turns Lakshman(coz I see him as Lakshman), and starts their rescue mission.
LOL I know this would never happen, but I have an over active imagination😆😆😆 and I want the marriage to happen only coz of Shivaay and not Anika.

What if ShiVika get married unknowingly by signing wedding papers, that is before the mandap wedding😳 You know like the movie Race where the vamp exchanges some business papers of the hero and they sign a marriage bond without hero's knowledge and she unveils the fact at a later time..😳
Someone could purposely make them do this in ShiVika's case? Perhaps OmRu to get rid of lady baba forever🥳🤣 These days Shivay seems so distracted that anyone can make him sign any papers and he wouldn't know..lol
Or Robin might have a hand in this🥱 to get his wife (Tia) back😆 and the dramatic revelation (about those papers) happens at the last moment and mandap wedding never happens😆😆
I know it sounds silly😆 rofl

Here is one more, just for fun🤣

What if 'hadd kar di aapne' movie style me, Shivaay gets to know about everything- in the sense, he comes to know about all MUs created by Tia, Tia's truth, Mr.Ponytail's truth etc.-and decides to marry Anika in Govinda style.. after realizing his own feelings of course❤️🤣 just imagine, Marriage ceremonies of Daksh and Anika are going on and Shivaay barges in..he distracts everyone and completes all rituals himself baaton baaton me.. becoming the heroine's husband himself while the villain looks confused😕 in his seat!🤣🤣
I know i watch too many movies..rofl😉

now prinku is back so ACP bhi peche peche ajayegi then he will see anika gonna marry daksh and shitia also happening so he will taunt anika based on that one night stand SSO will become pressure cooker will say he will marry anika
