I understand that it's too harsh for the family audience to handle, but I think that something extreme has to happen to make SSO and Anika marry each other in their full senses. Otherwise, bride and groom swap can definitely happen.

Okay I've another theory:
It's revealed that Tia isn't the real daughter of Mrs Kapoor and the real daughter is actually Anika. They got exchanged for some reason in childhood. We all know Tej and Shivaye obsession of Khoon khandaan so SSO will no more agree to marry Tia. But SSO will have no problem in marrying Anika then as he will come to know that she's a royal blood. Anika will not want to marry SSO but due to emotional blackmailing from her new mom, Mrs Kapoor, she will finally agree.
