First of all, I don't know who was annoyed on your post, but your assumptions were definitely wrong
You said that Shivaaye takes the decisions of Om and Rudra with full right so why cant Om and Rudra do that.

To which the simple reply was that Shivaaye never took the decisions of their behalf, he always supported the decisions of Om (there has been no decision of Rudra as of now), during Riddhima Om did not ask for a permission, he just declared that Riddhima will stay with him and Shivaaye supported him just like Shivaaye had taken the decision that Mallika will stay in their house and Om had supported him

When Shivaaye didn't like Om taking drugs he confronted Om, similarly when Om didn't like Shivaaye speaking bad of Om, he scolded him but neither of them could force the other from not doing that again.

The brothers can tell each other of what is right for them and what is not, but at the end of the day they support each other whether or not the action of the other is of their liking

Definitely Om and Rudra are not equal as per the storyline and SS, but they are exactly at par in the care and love for each other and in the importance they have in each other's life.
So I felt that your post was wrong as the basic assumption beneath it was wrong and hence made the comments, I don't think there is anything to feel about
