CHAPTER-1
THE REBELLIOUS MEET
"Special people enter our life only through special moments changing our lives from head to toe."
A small boy was moving up and down looking at his watch every now then while having short glances towards a small house. It was twenty long minutes that the girl asked him to be out waiting for her while she gets ready in five minutes. Tired of waiting he sat under a nearby tree keeping his crutches aside and left a sigh when some one called out to him from behind. He smiled and turned around to the voice.
A girl in her mid twenties stepped out of the house dressed in black jeans and cherry red top top. She had a charm of her own. She could make any man drown in her beautiful shinny black eyes. Her smile was intoxicating. She came near the boy and bent down on her knees while the boy turned his face angrily. She touched his face and made him face her, "Sorry baba, I know I am late. Please forgive me. Lets do whatever you want to but only after visiting the temple. My plans cancelled. Please baccha." the boy looked up and thought for a while finally giving into her pleas. Afterall how could he refuse his "Anika Didi." Getting a positive nod from her brother she smiled widely and helped him stand on his feet and they both walked towards her scooty. While walking the boy stumbled down panicking his sister to the core, "Sahil!!!" She at once bent down and checked balanced him before checking whether he got himself bruised "Sahil. Are you Ok? Did you hurt yourself? Show me. Where is it paining dear?" She left a sigh of relief when she saw no bruise or cuts on him. Sahil asked her to calm down as he was not hurt. Anika almost teared up and hugged him tight. She feared losing him or seeing him in pain after all Sahil was the only Family to her. Her eyes expressed a world of emotions from fear to guilt and emptiness. She had already lost her parents long back in a car accident while the cruel world snatched away her only little sister whom she heard to be dead by drowning. Though there were no traces of her dead body, she always had a feeling that her sister would definitely be alive. She wanted to search her but alas! Back then she was too small and now when she is old enough, she has no sources or whereabouts of where to start her search with.
She reached the temple along with Sahil and prayed to Lord Shiva for her brother's health and her sister's too not knowing anything about her. They stepped down the stairs and were about to leave the place when some children came running to Anika asking her to help them with their dance practices. Sahil to joined the children and asked Anika to do the same as she promised she would paln the day according to him. Sahil was way too witty unlike the other children of his age. Athough handicapped yet people loved him. At times he amused her with his witty replies at difficult situation which even elders find difficult to survive in. Anika smiled at him and shook her head as she knew that Sahil would plan everything keeping her likes and dislikes as his frst priority. Even now he wanted to help the children because she didn't want to reject them.
On the other side of the city, an old lady was talking to her late husband's portrait telling him about his grand sons Shivaay, Omkara and Rudra.
Here at the temple four to five cars came to a halt one after the other. A man on his late twenties stepped out in brown formal suit and black shades. He started walking towards the temple while all his men cleared his way. one of his men broke the line while he entered the temple. Unknown to them a pair of eyes watched all this and was fuming with anger.
Anika entered the temple after arguing with the bodyguards and came and stood behind the man with arms crossed. She accused the person of breaking the line and called "Badtameez". Hearing this the man turned towards the Anika and threw a bundle of notes on her face saying he could break anything he could pay for as he was "The Shivaay Singh Oberoi" and left a stunned and fuming Anika behind.
