I agree with what @Messi said, Omkara understands love but fears it at the same time. His parents did not put him off love and that is a good thing. A child can take away multiple lessons from their parents life and I am glad Om took away a good one.

So yes he knows and understands love but does not want to face it. Kyunki ishq karna tho asaan hain, magar nibhana tho hard kisiki bas ki bath nahin.

My thoughts were along the same line except I thought the younger sister would be for Omkara. But your explanation seems more plausible.

Shivay - Anika are being rushed and make no sense, yet I am enjoying watching them ( with half my sensible buttons switched off of course, otherwise I would teaching Anika the basics to being on road)
