Is it something like why Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) Married Many wives in that Many of them were widows...
Helping out the widows of the companions...
He Married KHADIJA.. Who is again elder to him... Again he shared a Special bonding with her ... And he She was a Merchant and He adored her Administrative capacity...
Again Marrying an elder women... 😲 Modern Soch before 1400 yrs...
Even Today we make that as a News...And sensation... See how modern then...
Khadijah was the closest to Muhammad and he confided in her the most out of all his following wives. It is narrated in many hadiths that Khadijah was Muhammad's most trusted and favorite among all his marriages. It is narrated in Sahih Muslim: The messenger of Allah said: "God Almighty never granted me anyone better in this life than her. She accepted me when people rejected me; she believed in me when people doubted me; she shared her wealth with me when people deprived me; and Allah granted me children only through her.
Muhammad said about her "She believed in me when the whole world refuted me and she attested to my veracity when the whole world accused me of falsehood. She offered me compassion and loyalty with her wealth when everyone else had forsaken me." Khadeeja was the daughter of Khuwaylid ibn Asad, who was the great grandson of Qusai ibn Kilab.
Khadijah was the first female and person to become a follower of Muhammad. Muhammad was married to her until her death and Khadijah was the only wife to be married to Muhammad in monogamy, thus sometimes regarded as Muhammad's most beloved. She is regarded as one of the most important women in Islam, and in terms of the progression of Islam, the most important out of all of Muhammad's wives.
(Again Controversy here Some People Shia Muslims think her as Not a widow) Anyway the story is on a Sunni Back drop right...

Uhad War Lot of men Died in the war and More widows without means there were poverty and prostitution...
To control that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised to marry those widows so that they can bring a Social order by avoiding prostitution , robbery, etc.,
So if a man is able to provide the means of more than one family can marry other widows of the fellow companions to help... Optional...
Again In Quran Its very Clear...
"And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice
That will not match this case. In the story... Kabeer himself not making money... So Either Kashan or Shabaz can support Ruksar... Then Marriage with Kabeer ?
NO...Again Ruksar is not an Innocent Widow... Who is in Need of Help...Supposed to be behind the bars...
She is a Criminal.. Crime Charges on her... So Lot of controversy will arise if you guys try anything of that Sort here...

1. Husband should be able to provide the basic means to the First wife and family before taking the 2nd wife... If he is not able to provide the means to first wife how he can provide the means of 2nd wife... First Fulfill your needs before thinking of others... Like .." First Cover your ass"
2. Again Meher is an other element... He didn't paid Meher to Zara... She forgiving and all that Ok... But Its a Security ... He Failed there... Technically he should not take back the Meher if he had plans to have a second wife...
Is it something he is trying to pay meher to her... so that he can have both the wives. If its conjugal rights... Its a matter of one time... once given is given... Zara has already given the rights now she cannot deny...
Kabeer to raise his youth icon status ... he wants to give wife status to Ruksar as well that she is a widow and he is supporting her... So that he can raise his Social image... That he is supporting a Widow...
No perfect Wrong example...
Look at her crime records... Wrong example...

His 2 wives are not of equal status.. He didn't even paid the Meher of first wife...
He was not able to fulfill the Needs of his First wife... See even though she stay in the Ahamad House, Wear the family Jewellery and things... Still Kabeer's is not making anything...
FYI... In Islam.. Even the Wife and Husband can Maintain their Own Identity and Assets Separately...
Also Shabaz Ahamad Can give all his Properties to someone else... I mean a third person also... Without the Consent of any one...
No one will have the Rights to claim from the family...
So Kabeer can only Enjoy the Estates of his father with his consent... Enjoying rights is Different from Ownership rights...
So my sincere advise is tell a Story and close this Track...Especially Ruksar Track...
Islam is again very strict with punishments... You can tell about that using Ruksar for all her immoral acts... Unethical behaviors...
Yeah people think Islam is Spread through Sword.. And Islamic Countries have very Strict punishments on Crimes...They behead people... Cut the arms... People are stoned to death...
In my opinion Ruksar is a HAQ dhar for one such punishments... Intolerance and Zero tolerance is again practiced in Islam...
That's right... The Crime Rates would be under control only when people fear of Strict Punishments right...
Else how to bring Order in the Society... The world is for everyone...And everyone's Safety and Security is their Primary Right... The Strict Punishments will instill fear.. prevent them doing anything wrong... and they think before doing the crime...
Do You think anyone is safe in the presence of Ruksar...
