Rrahul Sudhir.
Chances are you may not have heard of his name before.
It wouldn't be your fault.
After all, he had only appeared in various web series before he made his television debut in January 2019 with Zee TV's Rajaa Betaa.
However, it was only with Colors' second season of Ishq Mein Marjawan that Rrahul became wildly popular. His portrayal of the always shrewd, and cunning Vansh Raisinghania immediately caught the attention of the audience, and made him an instant fan favorite.
But who is Rrahul Sudhir? 
Well, let's find out!
It was on the auspicious day of October 2nd that Rrahul was born in Srinagar. He was raised however in the nearby mountainous city of Dehradun.
Having completed his degree in engineering, he had gone on to work in that field but he had eventually gotten bored of it. Then, taking on someone's advice, he tried out theater as a way to keep his mind distracted. Rrahul ended up quite liking it. Wanting to see if he could convert this fondness into a career, he came down to Mumbai. Of course he didn't have any high aspirations of becoming an overnight sensation. In fact, he would joke with his father that if things didn't work out for him in a few months, then he would come back home and open up a chemist's shop.
It may have been a slow process, but his fans are surely glad that he got a sustaining acting career!
It may simply be him being fairly new to the industry, but there's still a lot about Rrahul that isn't known about him.
One of the most important ones being his age. When asked he has refused to reveal the number, preferring to keeping it a mystery. Instead, for his amusement, he has arbitrarily thrown out 300 as a placating answer.
And here I thought women were fussy about revealing their true age. 
Still, with him being a Libran, there are quite a few qualities about him that one can suss out.
The acting industry can test the patience, and virtue of any person who dares to enter. It is highly tricky to suss out who's genuine, and who's not, especially during recent climates.
Thus, the best course of action for any aspiring performer to take is the path of diplomacy. As seen in Rrahul's interviews, the man has been highly cordial with the interviewers, and has had nothing but good things to say about all his co-workers. The personal shout outs that he gives to the crew working on sets is another quality of his that has made him highly endearing.
One just needs to have a look at his Instagram page to know that a highly intellectual mind is in control of the keyboard.
Whether it's posting his musings on Edvard Munch's The Scream, or captioning his photos with cryptic quotes, his words aren't easily discernible in one sitting.
More often than not, it takes multiple readings to understand what exactly it is that he is trying to convey. In a way, therein lies the difficulty for no one will be able to ascertain as to exactly why he chose those particular words for that particular post.
That will remain a mystery that could be unlocked only with his mind.
There is undoubtedly a gentle quality that is present with Rrahul. Whether it's the way he ensures his co-workers don't get hurt, or his manner of speaking, there is a vibe about him that enthuses politeness, and civility.
That's not to say he may not have his moments of impulsivity, or brashness. He very well may, but thus far, we have seen him singing, playing the guitar, learning and teaching various dance moves, and simply chilling with the cast and crew.
Fans will agree that it is his humble, and modest nature that makes him highly attractive.
All in all, Rrahul Sudhir is the new guy on the block. Thanks to COVID, we now know that time is even more fickle than we imagined. There is no certainty about anything, least of all the future. All we can be sure of is the present, the here and now.
I for one, am extremely thankful to have gotten to know that a person like Rrahul exists. I don't know how long he will be here in the industry, but for his gentle and kind heart; for the philosophical words that he imparts onto the world - I will be here to support him.
