Actually I'd not watched any promo.I had plunged straight into the show like Vipu jumped right into the waters of the Ganga😆. On a serious note I chanced upon the show while flipping channels whiling away my time out of boredom. Once I got to Colors I stooped pressing the button of the remote coz what I saw stirred me. I was taken in totally by the vision of a beautiful maiden in white and the expression of wonderment of this rugged handsome young man gazing at her...Everything looked so out of this world and timeless...The whole look had this old world charm and the majestic ghats of the Ganges in the backdrop had already weaved its magic on me! I I had missed the first part of the episode but I caught up with it later online. There was no looking back after that. Mishal ,Eisha, their sizzling chemistry on screen, the storyline, concept, the acting of all the others contributed to my addiction to this show. I was totally unaware that an actor like Mishal existed before this!

It was only later that I got to watch the promos on IF when someone uploaded them here But then I was a silent reader here.

When I look back now It feel it's providence that a chance encounter with the show led to so many things-joining this forum and best of all meeting all of you here and becoming so close...It's a remarkable and unforgettable phase in my life .

That's right Barbie Darling, Harshad Chopra was the male lead in Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil. 😊 He was last seen in Humsafars which is another show by 4 Lions that might catch your interest. 😉 Harshad's a great actor like Mishal! 😊 I really really wanted to see him and Sanaya together once I heard of their upcoming show, Meenu Mausi. 😳 I read that it was inspired by Aamir's Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke. 😊 I could picture them romancing and setting the screen on fire! I have a list of established actresses I want to see Mishal work with in the future. 😆 Sanaya's definitely on that list along with Drashti, Kritika Kamra, Srithi Jha, Surbhi Jyoti, and Jenny. I want to see Mishal do a lighthearted rom com with Sanaya. 😃 I think they'd both be a riot together! 😉 Naughty? Who me? 😲 😲 Barbie darling, I'm not naughty at all. 😳 😉 🤣 I think everyone on this forum is a little naughty. 😆 😆 Some are a little naughtier than others! 😉 🤣

Mag, you chanced upon the first episode of IKRS itself. Wow! 😃 You're right, the backdrop and the ensemble cast added to the appeal of this show. Eisha was a delight in white and I instantly became a fan. I too felt as if I was watching a show from another time despite Mishal being a young, modern city lad. It's also true that this show led to all of us joining this wonderful forum, bonding together on the daily, and building such unique friendships. I also think of it as extraordinary phase in my life. ❤️ I come here and forget all of my worries thanks to you ladies. 🤗

yes swati has been singing praises of humsafars since a long time.. i have another dear friend.. mimi di.. she had too forced me to watch 4 lions shows.. ipk and now geet.. will watch geet once i finish my exams.. i wish mishal gets to work with with gul and ekta too.. these producers share a great relation with their actors.. ekta is one sweet women who spends a lot of time with her actors.. unlike rupali (😡😡) and 4 lions and balaji are popular PH too..

oh you too like kritika.. Kritika karan's kitni mohabbat hai is the first hindi serial i fell in love with.. that was inspired by veer zara movie and i was so much in love with them.. but then with the flow of time i forgot them😆😆 and sriti and surbhi must be good.. i have heard and read about them but did not see any of their shows.. barun's tanhaiyan wil be the first show where i am going to watch surbhi.. did the 1st episode come on hotstar??

idhar kolkata mein i am like sitting in Antarctica.. 11.2 degrees.. i will surely become an ice cream if temp does not rise a bit by next week.. uff...

i dont know how my dad and uncle are staying in northern region amidst 2 degrees..

my dad was telling me that he wont be able to come before march so i must go and visit him after 20th jan.. i immediately refused.. i will surely go there and die.. 🤢

It was -20 here last week and I almost froze inside my house. Yes, that cold! 😆 It's been above freezing this week which is still cold, but much better than last week. I didn't think India could get that cold in the winter or that there was a need for coats! 😲

When the series began, because I was sent to be to start a new series, I thought that Mishal finally took a series that is at his level. Then I remained speechless. Mishal is for me the greatest acting experience showed in this series. Eisha with its 16 years it was the beginning of an inexperienced girl, but after, I believe with the help of Mishal grown into one actress who has shown how it can be to play and have fun while playing.
