Omens.. good or bad? warnings forecast,As human beings we are forever fascinated with what lies ahead of our lives, especially in the long term. The astute in nature, organize and protect their future security and stability, by putting intelligent plans and forecasts in place. Others rely quite simply and zealously on consulting sources specialized in the areas of numerology and astronomy. It's an ancient form of knowledge that attempts to unravel many hidden secrets about our future. Small jig saw puzzles are revealed that we attempt to best fit in the picture of our individual life.. Alongside these are such features that have been handed down from generation to generation over the ages . These factors are myths , tall tales, signs and omens! These can stem from faith beliefs, custom and practice or culture.. hence since time immemorial .. humans tend to accept omens, luck, good or bad as warnings.. or a forecast of their future.. This episode, in reference to the scene of Dhani's pre- nuptial haldi ceremony..made the word omen very obvious to me..
In the opening scene the forecast of Viplav's stormy relationship is evident . He raves and rants about her offensive manner towards him. Raj and Tania both witness the agitation this feisty girl Dhani causes Viplav. However Tania 's good sense turns the forecast of further rumblings around on him , when she reminds Viplav , of his own words, those seeking forgiveness should be granted it. She empowers him and reminds him of the goodness within him ,when he growls he wouldn't have taken the case ,had he known this rude girl was involved. But Tania was quick to put Dhani on the back boiler, by impressing upon Viplav that he fought the case not just for Dhani but for all the widows! Her advice to him was to let the incident go.. forget it!.. but then what is in the stars is bound to be.. Viplav has FBs of Dhani.. while Raj gives a history of events to Tania where somehow this feisty girl drove Viplav around the bend since he landed in Banaras !
Ill omen.. Dulari sweeps up the mess of Dhani's broken red bangles and the past conjures up! happy times, times that happen in every young girls life.. Dhani dressed in yellow for her haldi ceremony at her mother's house..Dulari gives her daughter red bangles, puts them on her wrist, red bangles that may usher in the vermillion in her maang, may she live as a happy married woman with colour in her life, not like her mother a widow, devoid of the presence of her husband and colour. Dulari's heart leaps with joy as Dhani dances with her friends and both mother celebrate the auspicious occasion today her Dhani will be purified and cleansed made holy without blemish! But then ill omen ! ill forecast happens! the puja thalli used in the haldi ceremony is knocked over on the floor during the dancing.. there is a loud crash!!! from the past! for it was a forecast of things to come.. Dulari hears an actual bang! In the present world! as Dhani drops a metal shallow platter! at present a widowed daughter. and her widowed mother.. Dulari sees her daughter in the same widow state as her self.. it's not like she didn't know this calamity coming?..the sign was given! the haldi thali had fallen.. instead of being purified and prepared as an offering to her husband.. look what destiny decreed for my child? a lifelong stigmatized life, an unholy being, condemned as a symbol of ill omen !
Forecasts, omens and stars at the finger tips!.. Pujari, begs , Dashrant to open the mandir ! as he and his family were starving! the functioning temple of Shiva ji, was the place which provided sustenance to his family.. being, a pandit was the only job he could do!he cried before Dashrant.. Dashrant manipulates his powers of numerology and tells pandit.. any problem has a solution.. your stars all converge at one point.. you must do penance! and thus purify the temple.. exactly at the point where your trouble started.. to avert suffering and sorrow from your life! the suggestion by Dashrant is destroy the one who defiled the sanctity of Shiva's temple.. Dhani a target.
Auspicious times at the ashram show signs of positive energy..Dhani serves tea and suggests to Inderani now that we have got our ashram back ,we shouldn't be complacent , and also we need to get a new lawyer Inderani out of the blue asks Dhani a pertinent question.. she knows Dhani 's spirit still begrudges Viplav.. why do you hate him??? Raj laxmi too defends Viplav , but more so she wants to look good in the eyes of the widow.. by showing up Dhani.. because of him we got our ashram back he's not a rakhsas ,but rakhsak! Dhani is vexed seemingly by the support Viplav gets from the widows! Is she vexed because they talk sense? and she is seen to holding up against him? but then she instinctively knows what he is like.. a moody ,full of himself, self- obsessed ,unpredictable, insolent ,trouble maker.. a demon! whom now everyone thinks of as their a saviour! .. well he may be ,but for me he remains a rakshas! ... like Shiva's trident where evil and good make up the two forks.. despite the positive omen in Dhani.. alongside their stands the negative portent too.. she is human not a deity.. and as humans we empathise with her.. till the time comes and she recognizes the rakshak in Viplav!
Two timing and stirring.. Raj laxmi brings up the issue of finding red bangles in Dhani's bag.. no one said anything how does that fit in with the doctrines of widow hood? here we can't eat tasty food why do we have to put up with this?? she is vents off.. Sita mai speaks up for Dhani Raj laaxmi says she bribes you with food and milk that's why you side with her..so Raj laxmi still feels there's one rule for Dhani and another for everybody else.. actually Rajlaxmi's constant antagonism and sometimes pro Dhani and at other times against her bantar.. along with Suvarna being a mole.. are signs of agro in the widows camp.. but then there will always be some in a unit ,who disrupt rather than unite!
Raj laxmi's lust as opposed to Dhani love? Dhani looks at her broken bangles.. Raj laxmi compares her bangles to her heart.. tempts Dhani into talking about if she likes Viplav.. basically a warning don't think I am stupid I know you like him. Rajlaxmi bigs Viplav up calls him a hero like Salman passionate style he saved you.. and SWOONS over the mention of Viplav's name. She tries to test if Dhani gets jealous? Basically Rajlaxmi is trying to invoke passion and desire in Dhani so she admits she likes Viplav.. interestingly Rajlaxmi actually acts as a replay of all the things Viplav has done to help Dhani out and she has bad mouthed him, insulted him and called him rakhshas who would behave like so with such a nice guy ? she asks, he's a good catch , she wouldn't let him go! she'd hold on to him tightly and keep him!! such mannerism such style! Raj laxmi shows.. it's a sad scene where a young widow Rajlaxmi a young woman.. derives a form of vicarious pleasure by hassling Dhani about a relationship with Viplav a man.. it is quite clear.. Dhani wouldn't be drawn into it.. she knows how Raj laxmi can sting her too.. and as for whether she likes him? there was nothing she felt for that rakshas except extreme loathing.. but then love and hate are two strong emotions.. that can mix and overlap easily without one realising it..
An ill omen heads toward's Dashrant's home.. Tani wants to stay at Viplav's place like he did when he was in Delhi.. he is gob smacked but then probably realizes she is the boss 's daughter. .and he needs to return her favour of setting him up at Delhi..
Viplav sneaks her into the house and gingerly introduces her to the whole family she touches the grans feet first, Then dada ji's . Tani , has the gift of the gab! she sweet talks him and he in return , says go rest in sahlu room.. Kanak to prove she's good mother, tells him off! .. ill omen signs of bad times ahead!.. you're doing this by moving to Delhi, bringing a girl home without her parents.. what will you do when you move to usa ???he explains he never knew she was coming ? she is the boss daughter.. when he dropped widows case boss sent her instead.. Dashrant shows modernity and broadmindedness not to worry Tania is our guest and a guest is god himself Viplav is happy saved by his grandad.. who is worried Viplav is changing rapidly..tania comes to his room and gives him a red tie.. puts it around his neck.. a symbol of a noose! she wants to own him.. Kanak drops by and catches this girl in his room.. and he is stripped to the waist!! Shocking omen!... but craftily , Viplav makes a fool out of his mother who tells him off... he sweet talks her.. when you worrying unnecessarily about me . . turns your hair grey like grans!! he hook winks her and runs off, bye I am going out! I'll see you at dinner tonight!! while she rushes to his mirror and checks signs of greying.. vanity thy name is Kanak!
Good omen!! ..Dhani outside phone shop Tripurari throws a ball of paper at Suvarna to attract her attention.. she leaves Dhani by the public phone it's a saying long queue I'll get some barley for Sita maa... a procession comes carrying a Shiv ling and Dhani rings ,vidhi gets another lawyers number .. Suddenly the pujari sees Dhani and he says this sinner widow is here again! she runs and he chases her! his men spread out and hunt for her. She hides and then sees a parked car, and runs to the back door jumps in and leaves her slippers outside hides behind his back seat the devil and the deep blue sea.. he drives brakes and says unbelievable!!and she keeps looking back.Dhani's rakshak saves her..did she notice it??
Precap tyre punctured and she wants to walk.. this is now turning into a lovers tiff.. not hate..
ok today's episode was a mixed bag of hot and cold stuff. ummm now can figure out the cold bits and the hot bits of the episode.. my fav' was the reference to Salman! 😃 sorry Iam allowed to behave badly ,once a while.. ok i'eve said it now i can guess which scene you liked the most.. why of course it was when tania puts a noose around Viplav's neck.. today he seemed to like her .. and what's with the tattoo on his back.. what was it ? a fish? a Celtic sign? someone a pic plz.. no not of his back! saw that .. its the tattoo.. next question was it real? or stick on? 😆😆 i loved the car scene.. when he says i dont believe it .. i fell off my settee! and Cinderella left both her flip flops!! aisa kyun?
