Viplav's dialogues were interesting. She refused me!! 😆
The story is about 2 extremes. An orthodox society having different set of rules for widows. A priest, who has double standard in life. Change is definately needed.
There is nothing better then a love story to give a message of changing attitude towards widows.

@ bold i agree with him 😆she said no to him?😲😲😲i swear i would have never said no to him 😳

@Rose, that was a funny dialogue. He was shocked. 😆
How can a girl refuse a guy, who's just turned 24. Drinks near Ganga ghat then asks for prasad. 😆
He cant be refused. 😆

I am curious as to why the grandfather would pretend to use the water collected by Dhani since all the people share the belief that a widow shouldn't have touched the kalash. He wouldn't have angered anyone so why the show? He seems more like a politician than a religious person to me. 😆

Hello mimi 😊,
GF has double standard. He wants to keep his public image as saint. It suits person like him to create a different image. 😆
Though he lives a colourful life. 😆

Is Viplav supposed to be originally (born and brought up) from Benaras ?
If yes, then he should know these customs they are showing. How can he throw gulal on a widow ? Him playing tricks on Dhani doesn't make sense at all.. 😕

If he was not brought up in Benaras, then understandable he doesn't know the customs..

he knows the customs but thinks he above all rules and customs. He knows throwing color on a widow is not right but he enjoys breaking the rules. He is aware that no one will hold him responsible. Coming from an affluent and respectful family makes more powerful. Though he has stayed in hostel for long but still he is aware of what is happening in Benares. Dhani doesn't bow down to him and that annoys him. He just wishes to teach her a lesson.
