Ahaan was never awkward with physical intimacy with Ishqi even when she was his best friend's fiance. He got awkward only when he removed that fake baby bump as he knew he crossed the line. But he was so okay with holding hands, holding her face, lifting her in arms and carry to the room etc. The way he made her drink water in Mehendi . So he wouldn't have been awkward for physical intimacy with Ishqi after confession.

Ahaan is always 100% into his relationships and is quite honest except Rhea's case. With his wife or fiancee, he will be doing everything that a perfect husband/fiance does inclusign intimacy.
