I liked the episode especially Ahaan’s romantic talk. It felt very realistic. Ishqi is filmy but Ahaan is romantic at heart. His emotions, feelings for Ishqi are overwhelming. He wants to do everything romantic in the world with her now. Switzerland me gaane gana hai Abhi to isko 😆

I did not even mind DaRhea today. Their dialogues were funny. Dadi was way too dramatic during kundali thing.
Tomorrow it would be all drama and no Ishqaan till wedding mandap.

The precap is scary. If we did not have spoiler, I would worry. I can see Ahaan having full faith in ishqi and waiting for her at alter.

As for double meanings and his posture, it is not just you - most of us have noticed it... I stated this in the EDT:

Why hold the event for Haldi when nobody is interested... seedhi tarha Ishqi-Ahaan ke saamne Winnie the Pooh ke honey-jar ki tarha haldi-jar pakra dete - baki sab khhud hi kar leinge... aur waisey bhi aaj kal Ahaan ko kuch special type ki "romantic" movies dekhne ka shauq charha hai, jis ki teachings woh Ishqi pe "try marna" chahta hai...

Overall I agree with your take. It was an ok episode for me with some cute moments.

I just don’t get Ahaan’s logic of bringing Rhea in between, shaadi ke baad legit ishqi will throw him out in the pool if he takes her name 😆

Don't worry madam Rhea's name is just to remind Ishqi n viewers that even in 21st century there can be soooo much dumbos who get pregnant with an illegitimate child... Height of stupidity. Oh Godddd!!! I still cannot digest it yaar

I can finally sense the reason for Ahaan's longing for Ishqi - their soulmate connection. And I kind of understand them rushing into being together having realized that connection despite the fact not all their issues are sorted.

They are both very passionate people. Obviously they have a different way of expressing that, and yes one is practical, the other privileged. Ishqi shows her fiery personality on social issues and women's rights - as well as for basic 'getting by' in life. That passion had to take a practical form as she grew up without parents and in a household that was far from happy or familial. Ahaan is the same but with the overdose of Dadi's doctrine, his passion would show up in anger, judging / lecturing people and commenting on all that is wrong with them.

Usually passionate people go to extremes in situations because they cannot always have a control over their emotions. This fiery personality that both had is what got them under each other's skin initially. It wasn't the fact their views were opposing - but it was their passion that came out in front of each other, particularly when they were away from a crowd. At the time, it may have seemed they were at complete loggerheads... but their innate need to make the other understand, appreciate and agree on their stance always signified something more.

The spark only happened because there was a dormant flame inside each other and as time went on both Ahaan and Ishqi realized there was definitely some "chemistry". As luck would have it, both showed their real passionate side when they were high, and it lit that fire of passion even more.

Now that they are in a place of love, that passion can be seen by all. Ahaan is over the moon knowing he has finally met his match - someone who he can just be himself with - someone who senses his turmoil and can actually be strong enough to support him - and alas, someone who he can passionately love and care for the rest of his life, for he knows Ishqi is capable of the same.

Extremely well written👌👌👏. Ya , there is an innate passion in them that’s put the flame in both of them .

But now I feel there is a fear losing her in Ahaan that’s y he seems so restless , desperate etc . He is always lost in thoughts . He had this fear from beginning also but he couldn’t do anything about it bcause it was against his moral values as she was his friends fiancée . Even then he couldn’t control himself sometimes. He wants Ishqi to be his and give himself to Ishqi always . And when these dramas start he is constantly under fear of losing her . All his overflowing emotions are bcause of this fear also . He has never ever yearned or longed anything for himself till now . Circumstances made him lose his childhood and mature before age . He has always thought of his family and kept them as his first priority but througj Ishqi he is getting back everything, his childhood , he can be in his true self , no need of any responsibility or duty mask , and all the more this person is all for himself and he can even break down in front of her without any shame . But till marriage he wouldn’t get that assurance . That’s y he proposed her for marriage straight and didn’t profess his love first . He doesn’t want to take a chance and he can’t wait for that . He lost his parents and now he didn’t want to lose her that’s y straight marriage and sealed the deal . He is afraid of his own destiny . He fears as he got deprived of moms love , he will also lose Ishqi to his fate . Only after marriage this man can have a sigh of relief . That’s y he took the initiative to tell daadi all the feelings he had for Ishqi . For Ishqi it would have been difficult to move on but for Ahaan he will never ever be able to . He wants to relive his life with Ishqi all the way from childhood . And he also knows that she is that girl for him . May be not perfect in everyone’s eyes but is surely that he always longed .
Ishqi in the other hand is not having this fear now bcause as she confessed to daadi she never got what she yearned and bcause of that she is used to it . But after marriage and getting all his love she will get that fear of losing him . She then won’t be ready to lose him after getting him . And all the drama that Daadi and Rhea are planning will make her insecure . Ahaan on the other hand won’t face it bcause he is unaware of Daadis and Rheas motives . I am sure Ishqi will be the one who will get an idea of their evil motives first .
