I read it.. but if Karna's character was edited, other characters might be edited too. If we see it that way then everyone keeps on adding things they feel like in the epic. For example. the story of Vyasa dictating MB to ganesha cannot be the part of actual mb as that was Later Vedic Age. How can Ganesha be there if it was Vedic Age where the gods were Vayu, Indra, Varun etc.
Mahabharata is an epic of more than 10000 verses and shlokas so if we see every line then we may find many things amusing. This is what I believe atleast.
Nevertheless, even if Karna never said anything to Draupadi, even if we accept that, then also he is not the kind of person I would admire. We will have to disagree here. 😊 Your explanation was good in the post you gave the link of though.
