Ayodhya Kand:

Manthara succeeds in poisoning Kaikeyi's mind and reminds her of the incident long ago when Dashrath had granted her two boons. She tells Kaikeyi to use one boon to install Bharat on the throne and the other to exile Ram. Meanwhile, Raja Dashrath is telling Ram what an ideal King must do, and when they both leave the chamber, Dashrath is told that he has been summoned to Kaikeyi's quarters at once. Ram and Sita wash Maharshi Vasishta's feet and take his blessings for the upcoming Rajyabhishek, while Kaikeyi is fuming in her own chamber that Dashrath has not yet arrived at her summons. Manthara tells her to shed all her finary and go to the chamber of distress. When Dashrath learns this, he is shocked and worried, and hastens there at once.

wow diii, thanx for all the pics !! the manthara of old ramayan was so much less annoying than the new one, and i did not feel like throwing my tv at her face while watching the episode !!😆

but wow, this pic is so expressive !!!! it almost makes me shiver!😲 if luks can kill ...
