Since I'm trying to post only 15-20 pics per post, here's PART TWO:

In terms of Agni Pariksha, I don't mind either version as whether the real Sita Ma was abducted or not, there was no question about Ram knowing of his divinity. There are interesting factors about both versions as per my interpretation, it's just that the Chhaya Sita concept was inconsistent with the rest of the show that was the problem...I wouldn't have minded had RSji showed Ram knowing of his divinity from the very beginning itself, that would have brought an even more divine twist to the serial.😍 Either way though, the scene itself was handled well so I have no complaints.😉I know objectively speaking the inconsistency of the Chhaaya Sita revelation is not a good fit for the plot, and even emotionally it takes away from all of the sad SiyaRam separation moments we saw like the jewels from Sugreev scene you posted a few pages back... but I still feel best thinking about it that way cuz of how it empowers Sita Maa by assuring use she could never have been abducted against her will, and more importantly because it gives another layer of meaning to this one dialogue that makes me cringe - you know when she's getting Shri Ram ready for the deer chase, and he asks her "what if I don't get my hands on it alive, what should I do?" Her reply is "even then, its skin is so beautiful that it'll make a great prayer mat for you" 🤢 Thought that line is straight from RCM, I HATE it for its violence that so doesn't suit the Sita Maa we know and love... so by giving it the context of Chhaaya Sita, it can be interpreted in so many other ways instead of the literal sense (if she knows the plan then she knows it's Mareech and this is just their inside joke about how they're trickier than the trickster, and there could even be some spiritual symbolism about overcoming maya in general)... so yeah, that's my reason and that's my rant 😆Thanks for the vid! I just made some avis of the MB scene where Bheem tries to lift Hanuman's tale, I just loooove that scene so much, both because the story has always been one of my favorites and I love how BRC used Dara Singh as Hanuman, but I'm playing around with the coloring with Aishu's help, so if I achieve anything, will post them.😛Yayyy, I love that scene too! The whole vanvaas and agyaat vaas of the Pandavs were really well done by BRC, among the few epis I watch over and over. Particularly the grain of rice thing to shoo Durvasa away... love it 😍Thanks for all the edited out pics, I esp heart the sisters scene as it was soooooooooooooo adorably cute and short that I have nooooo clue why the editors took it out!😡 They made it seem like Mandavi and Shrutakirti lived in Mithila all along the way they just popped out of nowhere in the DVDs.
Most welcome hun!!! Yeah, seeing all the sisters giggle together was too cute adn editing it out did nothing to shorten the dvds since it was hardly a minute long 😕
First of all thanks a ton for the extremely devotional and awe-inspiring SK pics, LOVE that scene 😍 Same here, I can watch it over and over and over and over and....you get the point.😆 Swapnil as Yamraj is too hilarious, they totally stole that handlebar mustache from Tom Selleck 😆 Lols, he does look hilarious in that costume, I would so not be scared if I was Kans.😆 All the extras in the scene have just the right expressions though, really well done in every way.
And second, yessss the costume thread is def happening over spring break... among so many other things 😆 Can't wait for it! Hopefully I'll be able to get some of my diary thread done as well, when I'm not working on papers.
And third...

I looooved this scene, as I was torn between laughing at Krishna's quirky expressions and rolling my eyes at Chanoor's idiocy.😆😆 The dialogue especially, coming from all the characters, was sooo perfect and interesting, it's a really interesting episode.👏
