Continued further...

Ram recollects further memories of Sita's seva and makes a vow to come to Lanka soon and annihilate Ravan. Sitaji senses his words from Lanka and becomes happy. She asks Trijata if she imagined her lord's words or if he really said them, and Trijata tells her that he really must have said them if Sitaji heard. She comforts Sita and tells her to keep heart.

@ Mina - thank you sooo much for the awesome pics sweets, as you know I loved the Swayamvar ones so much that I had to siggify right away (thanks for using btw!)... Debi really did look sweet in those prayerful shots... I noticed one blooper though, take a look at the changing length of the gajra she's wearing - in the first pic the flowers hardly reaches the neckline on her choli, it's like halfway there... and in the next it's well past it, by a good 6-8 inches 😆

The Shatrughan-Shrutkirti ones were awesome too btw, my favorite part of the new Ramayan cast!! They're adorable!

@ Janu - I'm hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee 🤗 Thank you zillions and bazillions for the AWESOME new pic updates, all from my old wishlist! Woohoo 🥳 The dialogues in that first meeting with Hanuman are too funny in the beginning, when he's showing off his Sanskrit skills and taking disgs at Lakhanji for his suspicion 😆 And it's got a really cool devotional element of Shri Ram knowing his own divine identity (except for the Chhaaya Sita explanation, and that's what throws some people off because a sudden display of divinity and foresight that comes out of nowhere but I still love)... when he's like, Hanuman not only did I recognize you now but I've known you for lifetimes already... just gives you the chills!!! And lolz the reason the pic you chose seems say "give me a hug" is because that is what Lakhanji says... toooooooo cute ❤️ And did you notice this is the only scene where Dara singh got that longer straighter wig... as everyone else's got longer, his got shorter 😆
And looking at the Sugreev pics gave me the PERFECT idea for a combo sig/avi from that - MB's Krishna Arjun!!! The whole Surya-Putra and Indra-Putra role reversal will be on display along with legendary friendships... lets do it!!!
And the Sita Maa serving pics... she looks soooooooo innocent and young and cute in that scene, the best she ever looks in the Vanvaas gear I think 😍 Totally siggy-able!!!
And for Arun, his best look is definitely in that divine Murati Madhur pic update you captured... right here to be precise:

I got some from SK too and will post shortly.🤗 The dialogues in that first meeting with Hanuman are too funny in the beginning, when he's showing off his Sanskrit skills and taking disgs at Lakhanji for his suspicion 😆 Lols, I know, I was cracking up the entire time I was rewatching that scene for the pic update.😆 And it's got a really cool devotional element of Shri Ram knowing his own divine identity (except for the Chhaaya Sita explanation, and that's what throws some people off because a sudden display of divinity and foresight that comes out of nowhere but I still love)... when he's like, Hanuman not only did I recognize you now but I've known you for lifetimes already... just gives you the chills!!! I know! You know, I've always stuck to the belief that Shri Ram knew he was God....dunno, I know VR said he did not, but according to his version of Ramayan Vishnu divided himself as RLBS, so that means there was no Vishnu in heaven right? So how could Vishnu's maya have made Ramji forget about his divine identity? I've always felt that God knows he's God...Ramji acted human to set an example for people, but he had to know he was God (or at least special) by the way rishis like Vishvamitra and the others revered him so much...it'd be a tad bit queer for a normal person to get so much attention and not suspect anything.😆 And lolz the reason the pic you chose seems say "give me a hug" is because that is what Lakhanji says... toooooooo cute ❤️ I know, but just the way they were positioned looked kind a funny, def making a sig of that pic solely and using a line like that.😆 And did you notice this is the only scene where Dara singh got that longer straighter wig... as everyone else's got longer, his got shorter 😆 Lols, I know, guess RS was trying to imitate the paintings of Hanuman, who has shorter hair in most if not all of them.
And looking at the Sugreev pics gave me the PERFECT idea for a combo sig/avi from that - MB's Krishna Arjun!!! The whole Surya-Putra and Indra-Putra role reversal will be on display along with legendary friendships... lets do it!!! Oooooh, great idea!😍 Will def make some avis myself....do you have the MB vid of that?
And the Sita Maa serving pics... she looks soooooooo innocent and young and cute in that scene, the best she ever looks in the Vanvaas gear I think Day Dreaming Totally siggy-able!!! Yeah, she really did look super sweet, love her in those scenes! And Ramji's expressions really made me tear up, along with Lakhan's.😭😭
And for Arun, his best look is definitely in that divine Murati Madhur pic update you captured... right here to be precise:
Yeah, he does look great in that pic, I wish the DVDs hadn't edited the other scene we love so much.😡

Oh, of course di! Its from the episode of 3rd July 2009, during one of the conversations between Balram and Krishna where Shri Krishna describes the foolishness of Kanse and Shankhchur.

So these pics shall supplement Janu's RS Ramayan: Ramji with Vishwamitra series. It comes right before the Murati Madhur scene she posted of Maharaj Janak's first meeting with his future son-in-law... the two brothers head out for a quick tour of Mithila and charm all of its citizens, be they young or old or really old 😆

RS Ramayan: Dekhan Nagar Bhoop Sut Aaye
The quality of these pics is not that great, as the scene is missing in the official DVD set. But... they're tolerable, I think, so enjoy!

Here's another short but sweet scene that was missing from the main dvd set of RS Ramayan...

Sita and Urmila reunite with Mandavi and Shrutkirti who have come to help with her swayamvar

I just noticed the color coordination in the sisters' costumes here... Sita's got a green dupatta over her blouse and a red one on her head, while Urmi's got a green blouse and also a red one on her head 😆 Would love to know the proper name for the v-shaped one as well as its regional/historical origin, that's why I'm so desparate to have a thread on costumes 😆
