Not just with sur, he sang with soul. he bared his soul in that song....It was the best moment on Indian Idol!

That should put rest to AMIT's caliber..be it sur, diction, mood of the song....given his mature Voice quality.... he is just leagues ahead. In versatility too. My favorites has been Raja, Emon, Amanat, Aneek.. And today...AMIT is my top most favorite.... He has a voice which will suit playback and any song... He proved it today!!

Well said. Amit is definitley the gem of II3. Hope just like how the public brought him back, they will support him for his true talent.

Prashant is a good sepoy and also sings certain type of songs very well, but AMIT is the better singer

there is no dought that amit is very good singer . as a listener,,,,
i heared him vwry well. everyone can do mistake and he did it too . overall he is best but ther e is another truth that yah prashant was not so good before but after todays performance we couldn't deny that he is the best . it doessn't matter how the player started to play the game . everytime the result depends upon the last stage of the game . and being honest today the ball is in prashant post and he proved that how he was before but now he is the singer. if we jusdge from the beginning than yah amit is at top but if we judge through last stage than prashant is in top. time for the fair judgement though . however i would liked to give best wishes to both of them.

let me amend that statement

if tomorrow prashant will win its definatly because he has many crazy money wasting nepali fans as well police fans who will vote for him no matter if he sings like an angel or like a frog.

So if it is a football match and in the first half team A scored 5 goals, then in the second half team P scored 2 goals, automatically team P should win because it scored goals later on right 😉

Well know. Prashant mistake wasnt big in first song. He immidiately caught the song. However, in case of amit there was silence for 10 seonds. Everybody was horrified. I guess prashant scored 10 goals in last song.

i'm talking the whole gala performances wise, not based on 1 episode. However if you want to talk on 1 episode, Amit's performance on Bulla blew everything else out of the water. i can't remember what songs were sang before or after that.

OK, let us accumulate votes bagged by Amit and Prashant from Piano round to declare winner. Because the likes and dislikes of music is judged by popularity, and popularity is measured in vote counts. We should include all those past vote counts to follow the football match theory, where all the goals made in the first half and second half should count. 😛
