Amit - future Indian Idol -3

Hey all

While all are fighting and discussing for who will be the top 3, I have decided about Indian Idol. Amit, Amit and only Amit will be Indian Idol. What Javed Akthar had told him in the wild card round has made him an icon of sorts to the whole Indian Idol reality show watchers.

I would like to repeat what Javedji told, "You have sang very badly and anyway none of the judges will select you, you have to pray for janta" A few moments prior to this he said Ankita is the best and she will be the judge's choice.

Anyways past insults behind now, Amit is a wonderful singer/performer as admitted by Javedji in Gala on 20/7/07. He did not have words to express to praise this guy (Amit).

Amit has taken himself from being ousted to bouncing back and he sings enormously soulful singing. Good luck to Amit.

I want all Amit supporters to continue supporting him.

No winner can be decided right now. Amit has a long way to go before he comes out the winner. He needs to work hard, keep his head low, keep his concentration on the goal and sing to the best of his capacity. then and only then should he win. he shouldn't win cos he gave 5 good performances, he should win cos he gave 10 great performances. So best of luck for amit. You do your part and we'll do our part. 😊

javed ji said it in a sacarstic way coz he really needed amit back..but after he forgot the lyrix he had to tell dat judges wont choose him bt at da same time he asked audience to vote for him infact all judges praised him 👏 ...

I've never attack Ankita but if you come here and tell it's a case of male favoritism then I can't really keep my mouth shut so even if I get banned for saying the things I'm going to say now I don't care, because I'm truly mad.

Just cos amit doesn't prance around like he has ants in his pants doesn't mean that he doesn't perform. he's performance is what connects him to the audience. the audience says one more not cos they think "poor boy lets give him an extra chance to sing". it's cos even the little movement he does with his hand or the small expression he makes with his face while singing is far better than all the dancing ankita does with her songs while going off key. Amit didn't have to get Javed ji to ask the guest judge to come and dance with him. the judges ran to the stage to dance with him and sing with him. the audience is dancing every time he performs and enjoying themselves like it's a party, so why should he go overboard and ruin his voice.

Amit's voice does all the performance he needs. You ask us to consider both performance and singing, then why don't we consider Ankita's singing which is just above normal, nothing special in that voice that I haven't heard before. I have never in my life attacked Ankita but the last person whose getting any favors out of the audience is amit. He had to work his head off for getting what ever the recognition he got, so pls the next time you say "I hope this is not another case of male favoritism" remember not to say it at amit's expense. Cos amit is hard working, dedicated and has a voice which is beautiful to say the least.

I'm not even going to say I don't mean to offend anyone cos I hope you get offended. I was deeply offended by what you said.

I'm not saying amit should win without doing well and i admit he can improve much more and he should win only if he continues like this. but i don't appreciate you attacking amit on grounds of favourisam and performance cos those are the most baseless things you can say to attack him.

he is one of my favourites as well. if he becomes the indian idol i will be happy. although my most favourite is still emon 😳
