Himesh is acting like dumb and crazy ..I don't know what he think of himself I mean hello your songs might be super hit , you might be great composure and good singer but BEHAVE.Asha Ji tried to teach him some lessions ...he was talking some nonsense about how good person is his gharana singer as like he knew that guy from childhood.He might be good guy but what did other contestants do ?Himesh is full of himself and he always goes over the top.I likeBappi Da and Vishal Shekhar there ...They are cool 😛

yes i agree that abhi and sandeep would not have been the best contestants......but the way u put ur topic was that idol is everything BUT SINGING!....so u think abhijeet cant sing? u think sandeep cant sing? karunya, amey, meenal, antara, prajakta, rahul v, rahul s, amit sana....none of them can sing??

ur talking about abhi and sandeep's achievements.....wat has debojit done that is WOW?? he also won becuz of unfair voting dont u think? werent there better singers than him on srgmp?? there was nihira, hemachandra, himani...they deserved the win the title more than debojit....dont u think??

Back to the topic , yep last time SRGMP also followed voting thing and we all know what happened but still SRGMP more better singers than Idol.Nihira,Himani , Hemchandra , Vinit etc ...Idol has only Karunya and Amey ....Yes I too think Debo won because of regional voting thing and he was not at all deserved to the winner and thats my opinion .But still debo's song my heart goes dumma dumma is way better than Sandeep's mere sath sara jahan ...I am not saying people should like contestants just for singing or something ...I too like Abhi , Amit , Ameya , Karu etc but when it comes to singing I don't think they are extra ordinary like Sonu , Shan , Kunal etc ..Hope Ameya proves me wrong as I really liked him in Idol 2😛

but the thing that really hit was wen he said if u want everything else BUT SINGING..then there is Idol........becuz idol also has some greattttt great singers...

i think amey and karunya would have been a great challenge to alllllllllll srgmp contestants on their own...idol also did have singing...if theres anything rong...then itz ofcourse the voting system...and for srgmp....international votes were allowed also...which helped them alot...whereas for idol it was onli for india...so saying idol is everything but singing i think is rong....i feel amey, karunya and hemachandra and nihira were the 4 best singers from ALL THE SINGING SHOWS combined...amey and karu being on ii...thas my opinion..which many ppl might agree with....

so itz not really about the show and itz talent..cuz both shows had their share of talent and good singers...itz more about the s2pid voting system... 🤢

Personally wish but after watching srgm somehow dil nahi manta if this show comes close to catering our expectations. Also the standard that has been set from previous times, including Farah too wasn't concerned about singing but overall performance.

Finally ,very good singer is a bonus but would seek for overall package here... i.e. Singer cum performer. or performerny..😃

Anshu good to see your comments in II ...lookz like you are really busy behind the scenes 😛 Yes SRGMP is anytime better than Idol in terms of singing but me too is more fan of II than SRGMP but it doesn't change the reality does it?
I don't know to comment or not on Farah as lot of section guys miss her but I never liked her as jury.This time it might be different because Javed ji is there but there is Anu too so can't say.
SRGMP is also loosing its charm but still they have good singers.Why they sent Himesh to eastern region this time? I don't think he got right people ...He is crazy man 😆I mean really even though I liked couple of his songs.Bappi da got good singers this time .I am not in SRGMP section so will keep writing about SRGMP here and I know guys won't mind here as they too watch SRGMP😛

Oh my fav too were Hemachandra and Nihira but crazy people sent them out but thats the way reality shows are working in India .

Even Amey was part of SRGMP before and I too think Karunya and Ameya would have be great challenege in SRGMP too .

Its not just voting , its the process and the way they carry audition.Just imagine out of 4-5 thousand guys , crew member filter 100 or something and out of them few get chance to present themself to judges ...I don't think reall talented one will try luck in Idol after seeing these crazy auditions. They say Talent Kisika Mohtaaz nahi hota and talented guys never do crazy things just to get their attention and to get chance to perform infront of jury.For sony Indian Idol is just money making machine and they hardly care about anything else.
