I remember your topic about India ka Namuna . yeah both shows are totally different and Indian Idol is becoming show for massess now days ...one of my friend said Indian Idol auditions are much better than Comedy shows too ...We like this show so much I mean atleast I like Indian Idol lot and last time I was hoping people will make Amey/Karunya Idol atleast but we all know what happened.Anyway first concentrate on exams or we all will send you for Indian Idol 4 auditions 😛

I went to Himesh concert where Abhi, Vinit , Himani, Alisha sang too and accept or not but vinit got more crowd support than abhi ( may be bcoz of himani dont know😛) .

Hopefully this time Indian Idol gives us better singer and performer who has better looks , better smile and better xfactor also.Indian Idol should be like Indian Idol not someone who is only loved /liked by one section/region of people.

Exactly my point AJ !!!...Vineet to me was more about X factor than real singing ...Hemu , Nihira were much much better than him singing wise and they were great performers too ..I used to be mesmerised when Nihira sang "chup chup ke chup chup ke "...or a more hatke song from Hare rama hare krishna ..or hemu's ramta jogi but it was Himesh's dramabaazi and all those bf/gf nakhras that fetched Vineet in runners up position and whole country fell for it.....

And the 2nd bold lettered sentence is also about srgmp long before Sandy won ....there it showed how just 1 region can make a winner bec it left no stone unturned to make Debojit a winner ....

srgmp six seven years ago even 3 years ago was different sp the year the little abhrokanti was the runner up ..but this li'l champ was sooo different ...

My point of contention is not whether srgmp is better than Indian Idol ..my point is where people r mentioning that srgmp is way better than Indian Idol and that Indian Idol is not about singing , it's only about x factor...

Believe me ,I love music...period ...whatever knowledge I have I would say yes srgmp was excellent when Shreya , Kunal , shweta , won...but Indian Idol wasn't there at that time ..so there is no yardstick to measure and compare...

If I compare srgmp with Indian Idol since last 2 years , I'll definitely say it again barring Nihira Joshi there were comparable singers in Indian Idol 😃....

Good to talk to u ..I am a huge music lover ..and i love to watch srgmp , Indian Idol ...I love the whole package but 1st and foremost I want my favs to sing in sur and must have enough classical experience and then looks 😛..fortunately all my favs in Idol and srgmp had that ...I even watched fame x just for Rehan Khan bec he was the only classical trained , awesome singer there ( and cute too😛..)...

Again that's my 2 cents ...

yes it makes a difference....because bad mein we will be the ones listening to them right 😉 that's why it's fun to watch Indian Idol but i want it to start i mean no more auditions 😉 😛

i definitely care about singing more than everything else. it is definitely first priority to me.

i mean like i didnt watch the first season of indian idol. however, i did watch last season, and by the time they were into the second auditions episode there was already some quality to the show. singers in the true sense were already emerging by that time. which made it really exciting. there was this sense of oh my goodness so many people are good. i want her her and her and her and him and him and him and him to make it but wait only so many can go through!

and then during the gala episodes the contestants really pulled it off. we got singers like karunya! 👏 antara! 👏 meenal! 👏 amey! 👏 and tom cruise look alike anuj 😆 and udit narayan sing alike sandeep 😆.

This season is requiring patience. this season has so far only been entertaining in the sense that oh he was cutee or she was pretyy or what a great voice. but i was only truly flored by richa's singing. and that happened way more last season.

So... im not picking favorites but commenting on everyone in general so far. Im just going to wait till the theater rounds are over and the good singers are hopefully filtered through. will just have to wait and watch i guess.

but as far as who i will support and who i will root for and what my priority is when watching indian idol or srgmp is definitely the quality of singing 😃

I care about singing... just looks or good personality does not impress me... and i really don't care for XYZ factors... first they have to be good singers and then if they have good personality; it's an added bonus... 😃

BB No.1... your siggy reminded me of one member... Aditya.. actually Megha knew him better 😉 don't know if he is active anymore... but he had this siggy sometimes during II2..
