QUESTION TO ALL:
What was wrong with Amey's singing?
He was sooo goood..he was singing good...n even performing..i thot he was awesome 😃

I totally agree with you Purva Amey is no less a singer compared to Karunya.

i don't agree with the author of this thread since Sonu Nigam was not being personal at all, he has great expectations from Amey, Antara and karunya and he comes across more harsh to these poeple if they dont perform up to the mark. Am positive that if Amey would have sung like karunya yesterda with no mistakes at all and karunya would have sung like Amey with few mistakes then Sonu Nigam would have said the same thing to karunya. Period. And even Amey accpted that he was not able to do certain things and cmae up with excuses as well, but i think Sonu thinks that Amey is capable of singing better! Nothing wrong in that at all. He is just supporting somwone who sings flawlessly! that;'s all. BTW my personal take is that both Amey and Karunya are the best and i will be ecstatic if the finals are between those two, regardless of who wins!

I used to respect this guy before(Sonu Critingam) (Am using "rbaggio's" invention here - cheers rbaggio aka Rahul)....

But I don't anymore.. The more and more I watch Indian Idol, the more apparent it is that Sonu Critingam is full of ego[/ego]... I have no doubt about that...

No wonder his marriage life is in disarray...

Sonu is doing the right thing.
In this contest the comparison is just with Karunya but when they go out in the real world the comparison would be with all the contemporary singers like Sonu, Shaan, Kunal, Shreya, Sunidhi and many more.
Got to face the truth sometime in one's life.

I think nikki is a hardcore fan...can make that out with her avatar...

karunya was definitely better than amey...sonu doesnt see glamour or any x-factor..he judges them purely on singing talent.

and yesterday karunya was better than everyone and amay was not to the mark...even anu malik mentioned that karunya raised the bar...

vote for people based on talent..NOT on regional basis or looks.

my 2 cents of opinion

I think he express his comments very negatively which heart contestents. I found there is a huge change in his atitude. no politeness n contestent has alright to express their opinion.
