My ratings are:-

1)Amey (who was just brilliant with perfect singing and performance)

2)Panna (i cant believe that he can rock like that 😃)

3)Karunaya (even with a bad thraot he sang so nicely with dance like abhishek's to carry along 😊 )

4)Sandeep (he was gud but i think he was smiling just too much i know he looks cute when he smiles but yesterday his smile looked as if it was artificial 😕
)

5)Ravi (his singing was gud but it didn't touched my heart and his performance was also not that gud)

6)Sagar (yesterday i think it was not his day coz while singing he looked so confused and it looked as if he is going to cry at any moment )

anyways i think ravi or sagar would be leaving today.....

6.Sandeep (he is not having anything new,his voice is quite similar to udit's voice)

amey - sang well but i think he could'v been better
panna- awesome performance, sang well but 2nd chance is not fair.
kaurnya- not the best song selection but did justice to it and stands in 3rd position without the consideration of his throat infection. (if throat infection is to be considered, than it would prolly b a tie between panna n karunya_

sagar- gud but could have been better
ravi- gud singing but did not ipmpress me @ all. karunya was better @ this song on aaj tak
sandep- gud singing but voice to similar to udit narayan. has a very cuteee smile

I think no body was so.so.so great that you want to repeat the song and hear...

Each of them have some thing missing.

PANNA .. i was not expecting much from him but
he was very good..performance and singing.

Hope this time people dont vote on regional or cuteness
bases. That is just not good. 😡

I think best personality need to eb take into consider with singing & performance....

Karunya is a superb singer and u shud take him that way... He might be a little less in his performance but still he deserves to be in top 2-3... and one more thing... i m not his fan but still i cannot digest this post....i am sorry if i have hurt u.😳

OK fine panna got 2nd cahnce but all i want 2 say it doest mean SPecially Amey fans tht u crticzed him like tht ....i respect ur feelings for ur Fav .... u 2 better respect 4 other feeling 2 .. all can we doo is vote 4 them rest is destiny tht who gona next indian idol ... so plz think before wat u all writing!!!

First of all, we didn't criticise Panna, we criticised Sony for giving him a second chance. We never said that it was Panna's fault he got a second chance. It is Sony that is destroying the essence of reality shows. Don't you think that when I spend my money to vote for a contestant I should have FULL knowledge of how that contestant has performed? Sony sould've atleast shown that he made a mistake the first time round and came back very strongly indeed when given a second chance.

No one is denying that Panna's performance is good. It was rocking. He was the real surprise package and his singing was way better than the piano round. In absolute terms, Panna's performance was one of the best in the gala rounds. However, the judgement some of "amey fans" (as you put it) have made is based on the context of things.

As for your feelings which have apparently been hurt- then all I can say is that there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism. I can't see how the criticism we pose is wrong if the bases of the criticsm is objective. If you think Panna was good, then that's your opinion. There are some people, like me, who believe that in a reality show the first performance is the one that should be judged, and that's why in the ratings that we gave, Panna appears at the end of the list. He appears at the end of some lists because he failed the first time. If one can keep performing again and again till they get their act right then what's the difference between a reality show and soap opera?

Sorry to say, but just for the sake of your feelings, we can't shun away the fact that the privilege that was given to Panna was downright unfair on the other contestants.

How come no one thought of Karunya's feelings after he faced all that criticism and stood the chance of losing out despite giving a pretty decent performance?

M not saying coz of my sake u stop criticizing ...if u find tht d chance given 2 panna was wrong then u should write dis 2 Sony tht Indian idol is reality show not typical soap so u better look after tht...now as he cums tho he is improving hiself... NOW there is many contestants cuming by wrong voting ...eben judges said dis NOW wat u have 2 say 2 Janta 4 dis ??? ....n as far as Karanyua cums tho its his fans responsiblity 2 support him not others ....

Sidiii, u r rite there are a lot of contestants coming in through wrong voting which leads to all teh deserving ones going out. But voting is part of the format. Re-takes is not a part of the format. All the undeserving ones that have come in, have come in by the process that is laid down. So, you cant draw a parallel there.

As for writing to Sony- do you honestly think Tarun Katial will let go of Panna-NO! If this was American Idol, Panna'd be kicked out by Simon. But Tarun knows that Panna=revenue and thts all tht Sony like any other business wants.

The reason I mentioned Karunya, is because double standards are being used here. If there was privilege given to Panna for what-so-ever reason, then why wasnt there any consideration made for Karunya's bad throat? Yes, it is Karunya's fans who have to support him but then Karunya's supporters are mainly music lovers, and those music lovers wouldnt have voted for him because of the harsh comments. Karunya cant rely on the votes of teenage girls coz they just vote for who is cute or hot.
