i agree...today i was totally shocked to hear his uncalled comment towards swaroop which was way too rude ...if he is bad ok den he can say it politely..y da hell needed to insult him jus coz he is frm one rural area of India.if others can enjoy & be confident of thr self being one of top singer thr den y cant he be thoda confident of him self..it dosnt mean dat he forgot his gaun😕i hated dat part of Annu's verdict..😡

Yup it was his best but certainly not better than the rest in my opinion ! 😛 Sorry but I still feel he is weak in singing compared to others !

well i didnt see the episode......
Saw Swaroop's performance on Youtube..
He's my fvrt...and I must say that Anu Malik was right....
Even his Soni De Nakhre wasn't that gud....He has to come back to his real self now...
Or otherwise he's out from Indian Idol and my fvrt's list....

Anu Malik was right about the bad singing, not about the attitude part. Even the singing part -Swaroop didn't sing to his potential. There have been worst performances than these and AM has completely overlooked them. Anyone can have a bad day. He could have said what he said to Manisha. Instead he chose to be crass and insensitive. As for Swaroop getting back to his real self - hear him from 4:55 onwards. That's Swaroop...

I think people are misrepresenting what Anu Malik said. He said ,"Remember the time, when you came from the village. There was an honesty about you then that I find missing now. Somewhere along, you have lost your way and you must find it back"

I completely agree with this assessment.

I could see the over confidence in Swaroop as he sang. To make it worse, he added his typical Rajasatani alaap to the soft sensittive Chitti aayegi. Even as Anu complained, Swaroop had a slight arrogant expression.

I do feel that after the way Swaroop was praised and pampered by Pritam and the judges, he may have become a bit over-confident. His singing of Chitthi aayegi was horrible. I think Anu was always very proud of Swaroop and thats what frustrated Anu that Swaroop was letting the success go to his head.

Totally agreed Suresh......I just used the same words for Swaroop elsewhere on the forum.....Tia was the only tolerable performer among the girls....even Royal Bhoomi was too husky for the song and Manisha was way too husky for such a sweet and pleasant song.....Poor Arpita tried, but inspite of her trying hard to bring in the masti needed in the song, it did not sound to good....

Maybe Swaroop is just trying to fit in....after all he is looking up to his fellow contestants, some with lotsa attitude....he isn't entirely to blame....All the same Anu Malik should have been a little more gentle.....Max attitude on the show is exuded from Anu Malik himself.....

The only person who honestly voted for the worst performer in both galas, and people don't see it - hmmmm!!!

Thanks, you know the other girls had so many other songs that could have matched their voices, but they had to pick Lata's sweet songs.

They could have gone for songs like Hawa Hawai, Tere haath na aayegi yeh ladki, Ae watan tere liye, Koi shehri babu, Hungama ho gaya, Khuda gawah title song, etc etc
