Who do you want to see mentoring the contestants?

A good topic..i love this new format, how just like american idol they bought in pritam to mentor the contestants. Actually, i would love to see both music directors and singers on the show. among music directors it would be wonderful to see the great ar rehman on the show. I would also love shaan and kk mentoring the contestants and getting them to groove to their tunes.

Singers - Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, K.K, Shankar M, Shaan.

In my life time experience of watching Musical Shows, i feel singer (including some Music Directors turned singers) will be great mentors.

Great topic! I'd like to see more music directors as mentors - because it is their job to spot and nurture singing talent. If they find good singers, they can give them a boost!

Anu Malik did it for Sonu, Sunidhi, Kunal Ganjawala and PrietyPinky🤢

Pritam did it for II's own Monali Thakur and Antara Mitra, as well as Neeraj Shridhar and Atif Aslam

A R Rahman has done it for loooads of people (Benny Dayal, Naresh Iyer etc)

And there are other examples, but I cant be bothered to name them all now lol. But the point is, the more contacts these contestants make, the better chances they get of making it in playback! If Sonu or Shaan mentor them, sure it'll be entertaining but Sonu and Shaan can't give them any singing opportunities! (In fact, for Sonu/Shaan/KK, the boys are all competition lol)

I would like to see Ehsaan/Loy (have seen enough of Shankar already lol), Vishal/Shekhar, Sajid/Wajid, Shantanu Moitra, Monty Sharma as mentors! And of course, our very own Salim and Anu too!

You gusy pretty much summed up what I was gonna say, but if Burman or Rafi saab were alive, I'd have liked them to mentor the contestants.
