bhavya may be the next but i dont think torsha will be the next.

Women should stop competing and singing for gender biased audience. The whole Indian society is geared toward men worshipping. The discrimination starts from birth. The birth of boy is celebrated while birth of girl is a bad omen. Men are Gods (Patti Permeshwar). The whole thing sucks.

actually shinni had it in her to be a potential Indian idol....but usne bhanu ke saath panga lekar or so called dramabazi karke out ho gayi.....now other than parsanjit i do not see any other idol...my choice.

Shawn89, I couldn't agree more with your post. For the record, I stopped watching after the week Shini got out and have only gotten the information about the results from here. There is no way I can sit through and listen to such abymal performances. I don't understand why they can't wait to have public voting until all of the piano rounds are over and then just start for the galas, and then have the judges choose the worst of the bottom 4 to go. If that is what would have happened, we would not be having such a lack of decent singers in the gala. IMHO I would have preferred singers like Vanita making it through instead of some young cute thing whose voice had not matured yet. Not to mention how Jyotsna Navandar got robbed in II2 when Jolly Das was chosen by the audience. And the worst case of this was Aisha Sayed not being voted for the public for the WC even though she was everyone's favorite in the studio from the contestants to the judges to the crowd.
