Yes, he deserves praise, acknowledgement, applause for his manner of talking to the contestants, handling of situations, respect for his other compatriots and his comments. This man has come up the hard way so he can relate to the contestants and their struggle or earnest approach to please the judges. He respects them and gives very sensible, practical judgements...whatever little or much of what I have seen of this season I am personally happy and proud of Sony for bringing in a judge like Kailash Kher.keep it up.👏👏👏
do you have anything to add on to these thoughts?

i agree 100% of what you have said. One word to sum up the above things you have mentioned for Kailash is that he is "gentleman".
Love to hear him speak. Also would like to mention that even Sonali is a sweetheart.

yes suman, infact i look forward to watching II4 'cos of sonali and kailash...and notice another thing...anu is in awe of kailash and respects the man and likes him too..only a bit odd person out there is our senior don....he has a frown on his face always when the contestant is singing, why not change it into a smile javed sir..and see the difference in the singing....😉

Ya ..I am enjoying Kailash Kher's comments a lot....thought of him as a soft guy ...but the way he is standing up to Anu's comments and giving right judgement ....kudos to him ...
But it's also fun to watch the way Kailash blushes when Sonali was pulling his legs about Torsha😆😛 .....even with Priyanka😊
I think with Kailash and Sonali's entry, this season will be intesresting...

Yes Kailash is the most sober of the judges and I too have become a great fan of his. Also Sonali is a far better replacement for that horrible and dumb Alisha!!

Me too, I really look forward to watching and listening to both Kailash's and Sonali's comments. I love how Kailash does an impersonation of Anu Malik and also love it when he says "Annnnnnnnnnnuuuuuuu" lol

Kailash is my favorite judge this time around. I just love the way he speaks, and the way he so respectfully yet firmly puts his opinions forward.
