Kailash's personality reflects he is an artist at heart and soul....His success has not got into his head and values other people's sentiments...Such people are required everywhere.....(as bosses especially..!!)

Yes, he deserves praise,acknowledgement,applause for his manner of talking to the contestants,handling of situations,respect for his other compatriots and his comments.This man has come up the hard way so he can relate to the contestants and their struggle or earnest approach to please the judges. He respects them and gives very sensible,practical judgements...whatever little or much of what I have seen of this season I am personally happy and proud of Sony for bringing in a judge like Kailash Kher.keep it up.👏👏👏

Absolutely right. He is not only a very good singer, but a good human being. He knows how to send out the message nicely. I liked the way he praised and encouraged Bhanu Pratap Singh. That is a true judge and so today Bhanu won a Silver Coin as Mr. Kailash Kher is never wrong in his judgement .

Thanks for the thread. All Kailash Kher Fans please listen again on first episode what he said on Bhanu and so vote for him and bring him on top 10 as he is a good singer and thus won the silver coin this week.
