Arunita n pawandeep craze going huge since 2weeks...anyone can win but expecting girl then Arunita....

But still danish will be in top 5,

Marathi quota btwn anjali,sayli,Ashish...then Ashish is better...if ARR comments considered then anjali with Ashish....SMP out

But Still SMP has chance for top 5 n I hope for

I haven't been a Nihal fan since the series began but he has shown serious growth, in fact he has been singing with better pronunciations and emotions than Ashish. But if Sawai decides to stay on then it might be him instead of Nihal.

Call me paranoid but for some reason i feel the channel wants Sawai to leave, that's why that whole drama. Remember how Isha Sherwani had quit Jhalak? I know she broke her arm there but this feels like the same thing. After all he is one of the highest voted contestants.

Anjali lacks the experience the others have so I don't see her sticking out much longer. And compared to how the others have become stronger and stronger, esp Sayli being the dark horse, SMP might not be able to stick around...she is genre restricted and her voice has literally been tailored to suit one particular style of singing.

It is one thing to have a bias from judge. But bias of this level from Sony and producers of Indian Idol is disgusting.

Does some one know how many songs each contestant had?

They are awarding old school songs that are out of favor with current generation to copy cat cutie pies. To call this as contest is quite shameful.

I don't know. Mostly Arunitha and Danish are all the time with a bit of Sayali. Others are more for chorus than singing including Nihal. His single is as good as not having one.

Arunitha sang almost all the songs , Danish and Sayli had 2 solos and Nihal one solo may be it was less than 3 minutes.....Nihal was too good , love to hear him sing slow songs with a little bit of classical music , I hope they could have given an opportunity to him to sing atleast 2 bhajans, his voice is so soothing and very well suits bhajans . Sad that SMP and Anjali were not given any solo bhajans. I don't like it when all are not given equal screen time . They could see to it that each contestant would sing atleast one bhajan . Overall all all bhajans were beautifully sung , only thing that was very evident was the bias towards contestants by the channel/ creatives . We atleast expect them to be fair enough to all the contestants . They should allot equal time to all of them irrespective of favouritism /TRP etc etc.

I love Arunitha and infact I like her singing . Yes Arunitha and Danish sang two duets two sols and she sang more groups as you said . But I was trying to say equal time was not alloted to all contestants , it's unfair to rest of the contestants .

your right.. nihal , Anjali and smp were not treated right.
