Vishesh is happy that both Adi and Prashanth said Chandini's name cuz that means they are working on the same track and thinking on the same lines. He says that luck and kismat is needed by both teams and therefore he has an idea.
Next scene, everybody is working at their desks when Vishesh comes in with a glass bowl full of chits followed by Adi and Prashanth and asks for everybody's attention. He says that he will soon solve the mystery of the glass bowl and says that the two team leaders will pick up the chits one by one to select their team members. He asks Prashanth to pick first, but as Prashanth is reaching for the chit, Adi interrupts and demands to know why Prashanth should go first. He says that as they are playing by luck, they should toss a coin to see who goes first. Vishesh is open to the suggestion and so is Prashanth. Vishesh tosses a coin, Adi calls heads and Prashanth tails. Unfortunately for Adi, tails has come and it is Prashanth's turn. He picks Smitha, Adi picks Kabir, Prashanth picks Ami, Adi picks Varun and so it keeps going on. Everytime both are looking at Chandini and Chandini is waiting with bated breath. Finally it is Prashanth's turn. He picks up the chit, looks at Chandini and back at the chit and smiles. He says Chandini. Adi is disappointed and says My loss.
Chandini is speaking to Jenny the receptionist ( the girl who distributed christmas cakes ) when there a smart girl in a slinky pink dress to her knees comes talking on the phone. She is most probably talking to her boyfriend because all the time she is doing Kootchiekoo. Behind her Tyson and her driver also come. Tyson is irritated because the driver parked the car in front of the office which is forbidden. The girl asks Chandini to tell Tyson to leave her alone, but Tyson warns Chandini not to interfere. The driver tells the girl that he only did what she told him to, but the girl is irritated to be interrupted in her conversation and tells him that now he has to listen to Tyson. Tyson and the driver go out and the girl finally keeps down the phone and introduces herself to Chandini saying that she was talking to her boyfriend who is in New York. ( I'm sorry guys, I've forgotten the girl's name )
Next night Jenny is decorating the office for New Years happily singing a Konkani song Ya ya mayaya. Chandini comes in, is pleased at the decorations and asks Jenny what she is singing. Jenny tells her that it is a Konkani song about Mr. Mouse's children getting eaten up the Cat's children. Chandini wants to learn the song and Jenny is surprised. Chandini tries singing along with Jenny, but she is confused at the words. She then tells Jenny that she later she wants Jenny to teach her the whole song. She then says that she will go the canteen to get something to eat as the shift begins in 10 minutes.
In the canteen she is stopped by Prashanth who tells her that his mistake wasn't so great and also why she is not talking to him. Chandini tells him the decision to leave my team was yours and now the decision of not talking to you is mine. Prashanth says you don't know the full story of why I had to join Adi's team, but Chandini says it only means that he values his job more than his friendship. She says that if I were in your position I would choose friendship and walks away. Prashanth tells himself that Chandini you are very nice person and I just hope that you never have to stand at the crossroads where I had to stand and make the difficult decision which I had to make.
Next scene, both the team leaders are sitting in different rooms briefing their team members. Prashanth says that the USP of Sundance resorts is Ayur therapy and this should be the selling point because no other resort offers this. Smitha asks what about diet. Prashanth agrees to her suggestion and says that the healthy nutritious food offered could also be a selling point. On one hand, Prashanth is open to suggestions from all his team members, whereas Adi tells his team that all the suggestions are only from his side and nobody should interrupt. Kabir is frustrated and says under his breath, just because you pay is salary doesn't mean that you own us. Prashanth advices his teammates to be very polite to the customers, ask them 1 or 2 times and make them realize that by refusing the package, they will be refusing the best deal ever. Adi on the other hands wants his teammates to be aggressive and keep calling the callers and not keep the phone till they clinch the deal. Prashanth says that in order to achieve their targets of 500 holiday packages per team, they have to take about 8 calls in an hours. Chandini says that if they themselves believe in what they are selling, they will convince their callers about the idea too. Prashanth agrees with her. Adi on the other hand tells his teammates that they are not interested in the package, their only objective is to sell. The new girl who is also in his team interrupts and starts talking about her bf. Adi gets irritated and tells everybody to focus only on the target.
Both teams walk out their office and are assembling when Vishesh comes in and has another announcement to make, this time concerning the incentives and rewards. He says the team which sells the most packages will receive an imported car. Everybody is excited. He further goes on to say that the executive who makes the most calls in an hour will receive a expensive laptop. Everybody is getting more excited. The new girl wonders how 1 team can share the car. She thinks that they can sell the car and split the money and with her share, she can go to New York and visit her bf. Ami on the other hand is thinking that this is a way to clear all her loans ( we now know the secret of her expensive lifestyle ). Vishesh then walks out, then turns back and wishes everybody a happy new year. Everybody shouts out Happy New Year and the camera zooms in on Adi and Chandini.

Chandini goes up to Prashanth and says that none of their teammembers have a database. She then says that Varun's computer has it. Adi says that means that only his teammates can access the database. Chandini says that so much arrogance is not good for a person and Adi says that if any team wins, it will be mine. Then they show Chandini stepping out of a vehicle with Ami and Smitha. She is blindfolded and Ami and Smitha are taking her somewhere.
Uhoh. Just when things were going so well, everything is back to square one. Again there will be competition and bad vibes between Adi and Chand. Well sirf waqt hi batayega ki kya hone wala hai. till then this is Vidya signing off. A very happy New Year to all the forum members.
