I didn’t enjoy the episode as much. The confrontations (Surya Anjali or Surya Imlie or Surya family) were flat. All I wanted was the episode to end faster 😐

@bold:- I liked the confrontations today because all this time Imlie has been blaming Surya for marrying her but hello she also agreed to the marriage and was in the mandir dressed in red saree. So I really felt that Surya saying this piece was needed for Imlie to hear. Surya was forced by Dadi and Dadi forced Imlie's hand too. So why does Imlie hold only Surya accountable for the marriage happening ?

And I liked the way Imlie gave back to Surya's family because definitely Imlie is not a weakling that needed someone's support. And I am glad that Surya did not stop Imlie from talking because she is no bechari in any way. These confrontations are much better than that Vidwa, bechari, Kyun hua kind of confrontations.

Today it is clear that both Surya and Imlie are made of the same cloth. They both are strong and no one can break them down. Like they say you need an iron to cut another piece of iron - Similarly Surya is the one who is going to bring Imlie back to normal life. Now I am interested in how these 2 will understand each other after the truth bomb explodes.

To a certain extent, we’re used to ITV families meddling in their beta-bahu’s marriage. But these conversations get awkward at a certain point when they make it an interrogation in front of everyone. Anjali is their guest who’s staying over because she’s injured, you’re telling me they couldn’t wait till she was in a room resting before demanding answers from Surya and Imlie.

Like yeah it makes sense to be concerned if you think Surya married Imlie because of some majboori, but how about having supper and having the conversation with him and Imlie at the dinner table instead. I still remember that breakfast scene when Alka did a whole family worth of taunts before they even had the time to serve food.

They’re not utilizing the set properly, it really seems like the elders are just sitting around in the living room waiting for the next tamasha to start.

It feels like the same scene on rinse and repeat. Nobody cares to listen to Imlie and Surya doesn’t have any answers to give.

@Ren- completely agreed with you.. The reason I couldn't enjoy this show in previous many weeks was cos of being stuck with Auggy's yaadein.. Move on karne ke alawa option hi nai hai.. Jab makers ne puri tarah se Auggy ke return plans pe full stop laga diya, what can we do anymore..

And a lot of comments I have read seperately are talking about how Imlie can also go and meet Agastya in heaven and Surya Anjali can end up together.. Arey kyu bhai.. Imlie kyu swarg sidhare itni jaldi.. She deserves all the happiness in this world first..

The dressing style in Imlie 3.2 is honestly so lackluster.

We used to have whimsical vibes with Imlie’s sharees which had different colours, textures and patterns with matching accessories and intricate hairstyles.

Even August Babu had his comfy knit shirts or his suits, he looked so handsome no matter what. Controversial but I always liked his outfits lol.

Now we have Imlie in these very plain pyjama like anarkalis and Surya in such god awful shirts. Every once in a while, they put them in nice matching attires for events but they barely keep them in those clothes before changing them back to their uniforms. You would think that the Reddy’s rent their wardrobe before a party.

I can’t tell a difference between any of Malti’s everyday clothes and Anjali has the most boring sharees ever.

Coming to the episode, aaj ka episode fir mixed bag of reactions leke aaya

Ye Balti hadd paar kar rahi hai ab, I feel Surya jald hi ispe gusse ka bomb phodega, maybe when she sneaks to his police chowki to meet her thangaballi of a patidev... N rightfully so, if she can't tolerate the fact that surya "got manipulated" by Imlie and separated her from her sajanwa how can she do the same to him!? What right does she have to meddle in his marital life... And what kind of a friend gives such false hopes to a friend just for personal badla!?

Loved Imlie standing up for herself and making it clear that she is not some bechari who needs sahaara... Kudos to Surya for backing her here... Almost this was so typical hubby-wife behaviour k aapas mein 2 min pehle 100 kalesh kar lein but jab one's in a difficult situation, the other will be there for them

Can we ignore everything else for a moment and just take 2 mins to appreciate Surya ka red night suit from today... Ladka looks too (as Gag would say) 'thaain' in it...

PS- I think a new BGM is cooking, hope it's not 'Gham Ki Rajdhani' ishtyle kuch but is something ansty yet romantic like 'Teri meri kahani hai ye'...

No I meant the hospital ke bahar wala confrontation. The room wala confrontation was better, though I felt like this was repetitive. Did he not say similar things in that anger/ outburst wala confrontation?

I dont know mereko yeh preachy wale dialogues aur scenes nai pasand aate. It may be just be tbh but these are not scenes I enjoy watching. Yes I loved how he stopped his Chacha and told Imlie is not bechari and all.

Unpopular opinion but I think today episode will click with trp audience 🙈.All the confrontations and dialogues were very trp- worthy. I am saying it because of my knowledge of current trp topper shows. Imlie ke dialogues weren't annoying and audience will also like the slowing growing madness of Anjali due to her not believing Surya words ( her character has very solid history so Audience will accept her character)

But you know the biggest irony of this show is that Tayiji who was suppose to be most influential and powerful character of this revamp has been given such Thanda characterisation and dialogues along with Mahesh chacha. After Anjali coming in ,Even the teen deviyan ( Nirmala, malti and Anjali) scenes will click with audience because they have now solid motive. But Tayiji and chacha are nothing less than wallpapers

Once again saying aaj ke sare dialogues except Tayiji were very trp audience attention holding.

Styling department and writing department giving strong competition to eo on who are the worse part of the show.

Surya ke outfits are so bad yaar. Khoon ke aasu aate hai mere, Imlie ke are still not bad (no comparison to Agastya time ke outfits though). I really don't care about Malti and Anjali.

I too think so a new BGM might be in works for Surya Imlie. The new tune was once again repeated in today episode. Maybe they are waiting for when either of them Surya or Imlie will develop feelings then they will play the full fledged version in scenes
