I think it’s swelling up a bit, I took some painkillers since any pressure to the area hurts at the moment. Hopefully it’ll get better with time.

Surya’s birthday is also Imlie’s Babu’s birthday, it didn’t even click for me until Illyria mentioned it 🥹

I’m definitely feeling more inspired to do VMs on Surya and Imlie these days, especially since she’s no longer in the maid avatar and they’re not abusing him with the dark foundation shade anymore. I do want to wait for more scenes between them before going for the multi-scene edits.

Surya bechara dhol ke jaise bajta jaa raha hai. Uske life ke saare log want to know why he married Imlie. Despite the pressure, he did not break.

Malti-Balti showed Imlie Surya and Anjali's pictures. Imlie is feeling so hurt that he married her despite being in love with someone else. She is not able to understand what was the majboori that made him agree for a compromise wedding and leave his love. Anjali also tried to question him but he did not answer.

Malti still brainwashing Anjali, trying to tell her family how her brother is not happy with the marriage. Everyone in the family believes Surya married Imlie because he pitied her. I liked how Imlie told everyone that she was fine on her own and learning to live without Agastya. It hurt when she talked about how she broke into thousand pieces due to losing Agastya (me too Imlie, me too!).

Again, Imlie is shocked that Surya did not tell his family the truth too. She asked Sonali if she knew and now is planning to check with Chowpatty. On the other side, teen deviyaan are planning to check if Raghu knows something. Let's see who gets to the truth faster. I think sach samne aa jayega because it is not difficult to find out.

Anyway, Imlie took this as a challenge upon herself to find the truth. We got the sofa sequence and the episode ended mid-way. I am not sure why they are trying to make this comedy/ thriller instead of awkward/ romantic.

It feels like these writers don't know to write romance. Hopefully we get some nice scenes for Surya ka birthday - high chances the truth will be out. I don't know, the writers have lost the plot Aage ki kahani jaane radha raani.

Sai ke beard main phasa pink color has not gone - I think this was the next day - yeh ziddi jimmikand ka holi ka rang bhi ziddi hai uske tarah.

Today's episode was really good. Not character shouting at top of their voices but still you can see where each one is coming from.

- Malti just hates Imlie. I felt bad for Imlie when Malti showed Surya and Anjali ka photos. This was a real low blow Malti.

- I am glad that Surya did not tell Anjali anything and he is correct. If she thinks that he can be coerced into marrying someone then it is good that he is gone from her life. I am glad that Surya did not break down and did not disclose the truth to Anjali no matter what she told him. Waise I feel bad for the actress too - What kind of rags did they give her as a saree yaar ? It looks like some curtain which was given as a saree. Gul can you please not do cost cutting to this extreme please.

- I loved the confrontation between Surya and Imlie. Imlie has been blaming Surya for coming and marrying her but it is hypocritical of her as she also was majboor due to Dadiya ka promise. So she has no right to tell Surya that he did the wrong thing when all he did was to honor the promise he gave to his Nannamma. I am glad Surya told that to Imlie today. Both married due to the promise they gave to Dadiya. But now Imlie wants to know the reason why Dadiya took this route. And now Imlie won't stop until she will find out the truth.

- The family for the first time I felt were clicking as an unit. I did not like how they stopped Surya and Imlie and asked them the reason for marriage but when it is your child then you won't wait for norms or propriety to ask questions. I am glad that Imlie told everyone that she did not want to be married and she herself wants to know the reason why Surya married her.

Surya is quite firm that he does not want to tell the truth out as Imlie will not be able to come to terms with that. The fact that Agastya got killed just because he looks the same as Surya is going to put Imlie through immense grief.

So now on one hand Imlie is trying to find out the reason why Surya agreed to this marriage and on the other hand Malti and Co want to ask Raghu. So looks like the truth is going to be out pretty soon. If the truth is out then will Imlie stay back even for the 1 year ? Let's see how they take the story forward.

I think it is 3rd day in a row that we did not have to hear the Rajdhani song and the viewing pleasure is so good. Can the team now just give some decent clothes to the cast. Curtains for the supposed 3rd angle and plain jane suits for Imlie is not going to get them audience.

I feel I kind of know the reason why Imlie is not clicking with audience. First of all the whole family revamp did not go well with the audience and the new family is so small and every scene looks so empty(for lack of better word).

I feel that apart from Sai and Adrija no one is putting in effort in their characters. All of them are just mouthing their dialogues and going on. Sai and Adrija nail down even the slightest of their scenes whether they are fighting or confronting each other. Only today the family scene kind of clicked with me but other than that it feels that Tayiji, Chacha, Chachi, Nirmala just stand in the center of the house and wait to talk or give orders. Cost cutting ke chakkar main the team removed all the known cast. Isse acha they could have retained Sonali - Amar ka story line and Dadiya also in the picture. What is the point of packing up everyone and getting the ultra max pro regressive Reddys in the picture.
