For Aryan to understand that it's not because Gudiya was AKT's child that Imlie was fighting Gudiya and for the insensitiveness he showed in the last track when Imlie voiced out how the word Najayaz triggered her past, he has to see it in front of his eyes what Meetti & Imlie had to suffer during her childhood and he will witness it through Imlie & Cheeni's story when he reaches PD post leap. He himself will jump into defending them and only after that he will come to know Cheeni is Gudiya, so that he will realise Imlie too was just doing the same thing when she was fighting to save Gudiya from Malini. Only then he will realise that he was wrong in bringing up AKT's name in today's fight. And once he realise, I want to see him whacking some sense into Imlie on how she is robbing Cheeni of her childhood by using her as an accomplice in her sting operations, as if she didn't get a grown up person from her village to do the same.

When I had posted the italicized lines in a thread I made 2weeks back, I never expected to see it portrayed beautifully as shown in the above scene today - especially that part of Aryan witnessing a mini version of Imlie's past which reminded him Imlie's painful words that had roots from her past and the reference of a child's bachpan being valuable than a toy. And I am happy for it because, though both Aryan & Imlie are equally responsible for separation, I wanted Aryan to be the first to realise his contribution in it and go guilty, for 3reasons. First reason is, even after their fight Imlie kept aside her hurt/ego and tried to calm him down twice - first by tending to his wounds and second time with her goodbye kiss. Both times he not only didn't heed to her silent plea; but instead put his ego & hurt first. Imlie on the other hand, even after his hurting words parted with a goodbye kiss, which I believe no girl with self respect would have gone for it. Second reason is, after all the claims of loving and protecting her, his insensitiveness in not ensuring how an emotional and physically vulnerable girl was surviving post separation. Him not knowing about her whereabouts all these 5years is something I am finding it very difficult to digest. 😠 So, for these 2 main reasons I am now eagerly rooting for a Sorry Singh Rathore first. To add to it, the third reason is what I have mentioned in the bolded lines above. Last time when Imlie mentioned how the society will be pointing fingers at her for various reasons, CVs went for a superficial treatment of her wounds, by giving big bhashans through ASR, without understanding such insecurities/fears in real life can't just be erased in a second. So I am glad that CVs are highlighting it again, and though Aryan is not responsible for Imlie's choice to not use her experiences to find a new job in city and provide a better environment to Cheeni, Aryan requiring to know the reason behind her various behaviours/insecurities is important, especially if they are going to be the endgame. And above all, being a selfish viewer I am eagerly waiting to watch how Fahmaan is going to perform that highly emotional breakdown of Aryan once he comes to know that Aryan did what AKT couldn't do to Imlie - to break her down completely and turn her into a lifeless soul, who is just living for the sake of Meethi & Cheeni. So, thank you CVs for taking it slow and starting the realisation phase with Aryan. 👏

The same reasons are applicable on why I am fine with Imlie settling down in PD. Because, now she's being shown as a human being who feels guilty of some of her actions and falls weak & vulnerable some times. Without which Arylie's story can't be taken forward. Plus, the story from the beginning was always about city dwellers Vs village dwellers, which is clearly shown on the montage updated even after Arylie's marriage and clearly explained in the below thread. A reason why Imlie was never given a complete makeover even after becoming a Rathore. So, Imlie settling down in city post leap was never in the agenda, especially when the separation was to serve the purpose of reboot.

Imlie's breakdown too I want to watch and I am happy that she is currently being shown to be guilty about not being a good mother to Cheeku. Yet, that's not enough to make her realise how she wronged Aryan and what led to Aryan's uncontrollable outburst that unfortunate day. But CVs....as you like to keep Imlie forget about her Mom & career once she reaches Delhi and put her on a mission every other day, I don't expect any sort of realisation ever happening with Imlie. Hence, I have imagined my own version about her breakdown & realisation, which according to me will happen by the end of this track as she sees with her own eyes Aryan almost embracing his long lost friend, MAUT, in an NDE. Because, only then she will realise the depth & intensity of why Aryan always had the fear of loosing a dear one. Cheeku's loss hasn't served that purpose with her yet, because, before she could mourn the loss of Cheeku she was served with another shock by Aryan which made her totally numb and the same day itself SitaMayya entrusted her with Cheeni, who somewhat served as a substitute to her losses. So, unless she witnesses a similar situation which Aryan faced 3 times in his life that too in a span of 8years, Imlie will never realise how she went wrong while taking Aryan's fears lightly. With that imagination I have now learned to keep my expectations on Imlie's new innings in Delhi low-key.

As we discussed before we always know Sorry Singh Rathore will be on the way and it's a matter of time, he will feel regret for all the reasons you mentioned and he will come around soon once he understood the larger picture of imlie and cheeni. Even though he knows he didn't mean picking AKT at wrong time but still it's shouldn't happened and now he will realize what imlie intention of saving cheeni from malini.. CVS already laying strong foundation for Aryan and Cheeni bond so once both realize who they're both will become more closer than ever. Like you said since it's villiage vs city backdrop CVS sticking to that concept so we have no other choice to accept it, even though we all want to see imlie who works on city and have better life. I couldn't able to connect with imlie on many ways because actions and intentions always contradicts.

Many times she said I need to achieve something on my career and take care of meethi but she hardly done that because she was occupied with resolving issues of tripathis even she hardly valued her own life.

Right now she feels guilty she lost cheeku, Aryan, couldn't able to give cheeni better life but she don't realize why they lost cheeku at first place, like you said knowing the value of loosing someone and what Aryan tried to say. Will she ever realize? Imlie had quite a job experience to work on other company on any city but it's her decision to stay on PD even after knowing the villiage so she needs to face it's consequences on all ways.

Both are equally responsible for this seperation, hope realization and remorse comes from both the sides instead always end up from one side.

You know I liked the way you balanced it out. Frankly though I hate to see Sorry Singh Rathore I can't deny the fact that he has to be Sorry Singh Rathore and yes realisation hitting him first will make things sail smoothly. As far as Imlie I don't have much expectations from CV's but for a change the way you balanced it out I will be happy if at least she really understand how Aryan would have suffered all these years not just these 5 years but also before that and finally understanding what went wrong from her side. She may not voice it out in front of anyone but atleast to herself she must know.

hmmmm.... will have to disagree with you; I am still team aryan 🤷. so I don't think aryan has to apologize for voicing his doubts, concerns and fears about why she was so concerned and whether it had to do with aditya. that would be normal thought for most people. the gudiya track still makes no logical or realistic sense to me.

imlie's choices are her own -- she chose to adopt this child instead of handing her over to tripathis or to government where a childless couple could have raised her. so how is aryan responsible for whatever imlie is facing? that is on her. why should he be blamed for how this rural society treats a single parent? she made the choice on her own to keep this child. it is not like he abandoned imlie or the child -- their relationship broke down and she left.

I am watching a regional channel where this lady is adopting her neighbour's newborn when the neighbour dies in childbirth. the hospital counselor clearly says that both husband and wife need to sign off before the government will agree to the adoption. otherwise, they will remove the child from her care. as the counselor says, it has to be a joint family decision and if it is not, then she needs to hand over so that another couple can raise the child. this lawful proceedure exists for a reaon.

he is also not responsible for the trauma that imlie faced during her childhood -- why should he have to apologize for something that had nothing to do with him? I remember this reality show where the guy bluntly said that he was willing to take overhead baggage but not 80 kgs of overweight baggage of trauma. no one is required to do that for another person. if they can sympathize, they do. otherwise, it is well within their right to say that they can't handle so much baggage. 🤷

Realisation phase of Aryan was the only good part of the episode. And his little conversation with cheeni. What has they made of Imlie?

Very well-written post. Even though I always thought that imlie was stuborn and did not listen to Aryan's concern about their child, imlie has always been like that. She likes to invite trouble but, at the time of separation, the words Aryan used about AKT, upset me. He told in one episode that Imlie laparwaah ho Sakti hai, immature ho sakti hai but, who kisika bharoasa nahi tod sakti." What was the need to bring AKT's name in between? However, this time I want Aryan to realize first that imlie's intention for saving Gudiya. Aryan too made many mistakes in the past: Not listening to Imlie when jyoti was wrong, believing AKT is the culprit behind Aryan's jijaji's death etc. Yes, separation was much needed to reboot the series and bring more characters to the series, but realization should be first from Aryan's side. He should be the one to realize his mistake first and Imlie to needs to be more mature now.

This is just pulling your heart strings because to show them accurately feel the pain in the pit of the stomach is what will be remembered in the heart.

Imlie needs to understand why Aryan is afraid of losing a loved one close to his heart, Imlie as not faced anyone close to her only AKT ‘s mother having a heart attack was her first also when she was sold as a call girl but willing to face death than have her soul ruined and when malini was willing to drive a bulldozer over Imlie’s body.

The pain is faults by both but either of them will bend so Cheeni will be the referee and knock each other’s heads together.

Imlie did lose a lot what with Aryan, the love of her life, pushing her away from him and as much as we might say that she is using Cheeni/ Gudiya as a support mechanism, her struggle in that village till date is keeping her preoccupied, but I still can’t wrap my head around how any of these supersede the fact that she lost her kid - today was the first time she even mentioned that she couldn’t be a good mum to Cheeku. Whatever her mental status that day, it physically hurt me to hear her tell Aryan, Cheeku’s death was an accident. It was yes but to hear a mum say that was unbelievable.
I understand ITV FLs don’t apologise generally but I am hoping against hope that she realises and has an arc of growth by the end of this track.

Gayu....my sister is now completely fine. Today she had followup checkup and even her biopsy reports are fine. Thanking God for the same.

Now regarding the bolded line, after seeing how Meeti trying to put some sense into Imlie in today's episode, I am now hopeful that something dhamakedhar will happen once she & Cheeni returns to Delhi and only then her eyes will open to make her realise that Aryan never had a problem with Gudiya being AKT's child; instead he had only blamed her impulsiveness & laparwaahi for Cheeku's loss. Because, Imlie is still stuck at her misunderstanding that Aryan doubted her w.r.to AKT and so he was being careless with Gudiya. Unless that parda falls of her eyes, she's not going to think anything in favor of Aryan.

Btw, how are you finding the current episodes in line with the Shiv-Parvathi narration?. Would like to know whether you are finding any similarities in the current narrative followed for Arylie.
